About Marina Bay Sands Hotel Tower 3

Marina Bay Sands is a high-density, mixed-use integrated resort that brings together a 2,560-room hotel, a SkyPark, convention center, shopping and dining, theaters, museum, and a casino across the water from Singapore’s central business district. The 929,000 sq m (10,000,000 sq ft) urban district anchors the Singapore waterfront, and creates a gateway to Singapore. The design approach for the complex was not as a building project, but as a microcosm of a city—rooted in Singapore’s culture, climate and contemporary life. The aim was to create an urban landscape capable of addressing the issue of megascale. The project is designed as an urban structure that weaves together the components of a complex program into a dynamic urban crossroads and public meeting place. Inspired by great ancient cities that were ordered around a vital public thoroughfare, Marina Bay Sands is organized around two principal axes that traverse the district and give it a sense of orientation placing emphasis on the pedestrian street as the focus of civic life. Combining indoor and outdoor spaces and providing a platform for a wide array of activities, this vibrant, 21st-century cardo maximus, or grand arcade, also connects to the subway and other transportation. A series of layered gardens provide ample green space throughout the site, extending the tropical garden landscape from Marina City Park towards the Bayfront. The landscape network reinforces urban connections with the resort’s surroundings and every level of the district has green space that is accessible to the public. The most innovative aspect of Marina Bay Sands, both conceptually and technically, is the 1 hectare (2.5 acre) SkyPark atop the hotel towers. Locating the park and hotel amenities at 200m (656ft) above the sea afforded the architect the ability to keep the majority of the project relatively low in height. The three towers anchor the district and are connected at the top by the SkyPark—an engineering marvel that is longer than the Eiffel Tower is tall and large enough to park four-and-a-half A380 jumbo jets. The 65m (213ft) cantilever of the SkyPark past the third hotel tower forms one of the world’s largest public cantilevers. The SkyPark accommodates a public observatory, gardens, a 151 meter-long (495 foot-long) swimming pool, restaurants, and jogging paths and offers sweeping panoramic views, a formidable resource in a dense city like Singapore. Shielded from the winds and lavishly planted with hundreds of trees, the SkyPark celebrates the notion of the Garden City that has been the underpinning of Singapore’s urban design strategy. A post-tensioned box girder was designed to achieve this incredible cantilever. The maximum depth of the box girder is 10m (33ft) at the end support from the hotel tower and generally 3.5m (11ft) deep. The lifting of the SkyPark was one of the many challenges that the project faced that required an innovative approach to the construction methods in order to facilitate one of the highest strand jacking operations ever undertaken. The hotel towers on which the SkyPark sits has an unusual and spectacular form that creates its distinct silhouette. Each tower is formed by two curved and splayed legs that lean into one another as they rise, ultimately becoming one at the upper levels. At the ground level, the space between each tower is enclosed to create a hotel lobby and atrium, at the upper levels the space is conceived as an “urban window” that allows for views through the project. Major steel trusses form a connection between the separate segments of the building’s legs to provide a frame to transfer sheer between the towers and tie the buildings together to resist lateral forces.

A Guide to Singapore's Marina Bay Sands

Marina Bay Sands Resort, Singapore.

Whether it’s the five-star hotel, luxury shopping or the ArtScience Museum, the Marina Bay Sands is the gateway to shiny Singapore – shopping, dining and accommodation at its most glamorous.

Standing as an unmissable fixture of Singapore’s skyline, the Marina Bay Sands has been gracing almost every postcard since its opening in 2010. The integrated resort – which is essentially a hotel, casino, mall, convention centre, theatre and museum complex all rolled into one – is one of Singapore’s most prestigious landmarks to date.

The three towers of Marina Bay Sands Hotel is connected by the SkyPark at the very top

The SkyPark with a million-dollar view

The appeal of Marina Bay Sands Hotel lies in its three 55-floor towers designed by Israel-born architect Moshe Safdie, looking like the prized set of a high-budget sci-fi movie. But the crown jewel here is really the boat-shaped SkyPark. This 340-metre long deck connects the three towers at the very top, presenting a gorgeous vista of Marina South Pier all the way out to the Singapore Strait. Entry to the SkyPark isn’t free – but if watching the sun setting on the most famous part of Singapore is your thing, paying the 23 SGD entrance fee might well be worth it.

The rooftop infinity pool on the 57th floor of Marina Bay Sands Hotel

The rooftop infinity pool on everyone’s lips

If you decide to splash out on a night in this hotel, where a night’s stay starts from 500 SGD, the infinity pool should be your chill-out spot. Located right at the SkyPark, the pool – touted to be the highest and longest in the world – stretches 150 metres, three times the length of an Olympic swimming pool. It’s quite the luxury frolicking about in an endless stretch of blue, 57 levels up high. Be sure to perfect the experience by gazing out on the magnificent Singapore cityscape with a cocktail in hand. Definitely Instagram-worthy.

Not staying at the hotel doesn’t mean you have to miss out (for the pool is exclusively for hotel guests). Take a stroll in the hotel atrium, where the two sides of the building slope together overhead to form a unique glass structure. The play of daylight on glass is such a pretty sight that it often halts people in their tracks – basking in the light falling all around.

Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore

The mall for high-end shopping and celebrity chef gawking

Classy shops and celebrity-chef restaurants fill up the upscale Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands shopping mall. This is the place to go to when you want only the best; as international luxury brands like Prada, Gucci and Dior can only mean a hefty price tag and premium goods.

An indoor canal meanders through the length of the Shoppes – and yes, you can get yourself a sampan ride on the water and pretend that you are in an air-conditioned Venice surrounded by opulent shops.

Restaurants here are also a tad more expensive than your average restaurant in Singapore. But with big names like Bread Street Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay, CUT by Wolfgang Puck and Waku Ghin by Tetsuya Wakuda attached to the fine dining experience, you may be more than tempted to treat yourself a little.

Entertainment is definitely also a highlight at this integrated resort – the owners Las Vegas Sands made sure of that. The Marina Bay Sands Theatre regularly presents international acts including world-famous musicals such as The Lion King and Wicked , played to roaring crowds.

Skyline night view of the Marina Bay Sands from the Singapore Strait

How It's Built: Marina Bay Sands, Singapore

Standing beautifully over the Singapore skyline is the Marina Bay Sands, a stunning resort and the most expensive casino property in the world. Beautifully designed and a demonstration of engineering ingenuity, the all-in-one resort is owned by the Las Vegas Sands Corporation and is structurally beautiful. Let's take a quick look at how this project came to exist.

Where Is The Marina Bay Sands Resort?

The Marina Bay Sands Resort is located in Singapore, directly on Marina Bay. The hotel and resort were designed to fit into the long-term infrastructure plan of building entertainment and complex developments around what is referred to as the Marina Bay water basin.

Excavator image

According to these plans, the buildings in this area are supposed to provide great views of Marina Bay while not blocking views either. That's why the resort is placed where it is: far enough away from the water to protect views but also provides great views of the Singapore Strait and beyond.

What Is The Marina Bay Sands Resort?

Providing an almost all-inclusive entertainment experience, the Marina Bay Sands Resort is a hotel, casino, and theatre amenity. It also houses several restaurants, gardens, spas, and event centers, and is even home to the ArtScience Museum. The building has three different towers that have over 2,600 hotel rooms in total. The entire Marina Bay Sands complex is about 57 stories tall which is the equivalent of 198 meters or 650 feet. Meanwhile, the length of the building at the top is over 300 meters long which is taller than the Eiffel tower. There is an infinity pool at the top of this tower as well!

Picture of the infinity pool at the top of the Marina Bay Sands

When Was Marina Bay Sands Built?

Construction on the project was started in 2006. Originally planned to be opened in 2009, the project faced a few delays due to the economic recession, labor shortages, and material pricing. Because of these delays, there were many "soft opening" days throughout 2010 and 2011. For example, the casino was first opened in April of 2010, and the resort and SkyPark were opened in June of the same year, but the final grand opening with the restaurants and entertainment spaces was in February of 2011. The building cost just over $5.7 billion dollars to make.

Who Designed The Marina Bay Sands?

The Marina Bay Sands was designed by the architect Moshe Safdie . Trying to overcome the unoriginal designs of a classic highrise building, his concept was to build three separate towers that were bridged together at the top by what is now commonly referred to as the SkyPark.

How The Marina Bay Sands Was Built

At first glance, the Marina Bay Sands may look like it might have been a pretty simple project to complete but it's often the simple-looking pieces that take the most complexity. While it may look like they just built three highrises and put a boat-shaped structure on top, there are many factors that play into just how complex this project was to finish.

For example, while the top SkyPark is supported by the three columns underneath, each of the three columns is wide at the bottom but narrows as they get to the top. Within each individual tower are three legs - two of which are asymmetric and then have a third leaning and curved leg against them. While it looks beautiful now, this design style created numerous challenges during its construction process. This included building several well-crafted but temporary support structures that held each leg in place and that required real-time monitoring so that the legs would not fall unexpectedly.

Because of the sloping and curved legs in the design, the structural engineers on the project had to devise a new strut-and-tension-cable system that would support the walls during the construction. However, despite these systems being used, the struts were only temporary and removed once trusses linking the legs together were installed. The cables, however, were left in the towers but were concealed behind concrete walls.

The SkyPark at the top of the building is probably the biggest architectural marvel of the entire building. Standing at a height of almost 200 meters off the ground, this piece of the building connects the three individual towers and is 340 meters long. It is the longest observation deck cantilever in the world.

Because of all the changes that the building had to go through during the construction timeline, there were many structural changes to the cantilever as it went through constant modifications. For example, the taper of many of the supporting pieces was reduced because of the amount of foot traffic the SkyPark would generate. By doing this, the response to vibrations would be improved.

View of the hull from below

Lastly, the hull of the building was mostly built off-site in 14 separate segments. Each was then shipped to the site and had to be lifted or ariled into place and assembled at the top of the tower. Because of the sheer weight and size of each piece, it took almost 16 hours to lift each piece from the bottom to the top of the building.

If you're interested, here's a video of some of the construction process:

Visiting The Marina Bay Sands

Before you decide exactly what you want to do at Marina Bay, it might be worthwhile taking a look at their interactive tour and checking out what they have for families, friends, and business visits. With nightlife and bars, the ArtScience Museum, the infinity pool at the top of SkyPark, and a wide variety of other entertainment options like movies, theatre, and shopping, there is certainly something for everyone. However, it probably will be quite an expensive trip, especially if you'd be traveling from out of the country. Plan your visit and discover everything you can do in both Singapore and the Marina Bay Sands.

How to Get to the Top of Marina Bay Sands Hotel (2024)

Have you ever dreamt of swimming laps on top of the world?

Visiting the famous and iconic Marina Bay Sands Resort, the boat hotel in Singapore can turn your dream into a reality.

Marina Bay Sands Pool View

Singapore's Iconic Marina Bay Sands Hotel

Build in less than 5 years, the Las Vegas Sands Corporation opened the luxury hotel in 2010.

Nowadays, the Singapore city skyline is easily recognized by the luxury hotel with the three towers featuring the iconic ship perched atop.

As one of the world's most expensive buildings in the world, the Marina Bay Sands Hotel is home to the highest rooftop infinity pool  in the world, which is three times the size of an Olympic pool, 146 metres long!

The length of the SkyPark located on the rooftop even surpasses the height of the Eiffel Tower.

Marina Bay Sands Daylight Infinity Pool

I feel visiting Marina Bay Sands is one of the most impressive things to do in Singapore, besides the world’s highest alfresco bar, the 1-Altitude Rooftop Gallery & Bar , and the world’s tallest ferris wheel (which is the Ain Dubai since 2021) and many more.

Everyone visiting the city will get to see it for sure and you might even get lucky to catch a glimpse of it when flying into the airport over the little island state.

How to Get to the Top of the Marina Bay Sands

1. stay at the hotel (because it’s so worth it).

To get to the top of the Marina Bay Sands takes 57 floors and the elevator will throw you out with the huge 150-meter-long infinity pool right at your feet surrounded by a lush green garden with palm trees and sun loungers.

I cannot tell if I am more impressed by the size of the pool or the bird's eye view over the entire city at the backdrop, it is surely unreal!

I would think the views you get just after sunset almost look photoshopped, but they are not.

Marina Bay Sands Infinity Pool Palm Trees

Staying at the Marina Bay Sands Hotel is an amazing 5-star hotel experience with world-class service, you will thank me for the rest of your life. I kid you not!

Panoramic views from your hotel room, elegant dark wood decor and easy access to the 20+ dining options and a world-class casino right at the bottom of the hotel, plus direct access to Singapore’s premier shopping mall and the lotus flower shaped ArtScience Museum will make you want to stay in Singapore forever. I highly recommend checking out the permanent exhibition Future World .

Staying at the Marina Bay Sands hotel is the only way to access the infinity pool overlooking downtown Singapore.

Regrettably, no exceptions are allowed, as otherwise, the pool area could become overcrowded.

You will need a hotel key card to access the hotel towers from the hotel lobby and there are security guards who are keeping a watchful eye to prevent any attempts at unauthorized entry.

Thus, to gain access to the pool, you will need to book a minimum of one night's stay at Marina Bay Sands.

Tips for Booking Your Stay at the Marina Bay Sands Hotel

  • Choose a City View room instead of a Harbour/Gardens By The Bay room to have a view of Singapore's Skyline, which is the most spectacular.
  • I recommend booking your stay on Booking.com as it guarantees the best rates available, they also offer to match its price if you find a cheaper one elsewhere!
  • Rooms closer to the ground floor will have views of The Shoppes Mall (this is from level 2 to 18) and the East Coast Park highway (this is from level 2 to 11), so make sure you read the description on Booking.com before booking and book above level 19 if you're after a city view.
  • All the hotel rooms can sleep up to 3 people, so if you're a group of friends, you could share the room price which makes it more affordable than staying with 2 people.
  • While the MBS comes with a luxury price tag all year, you may get a slightly better deal when booking outside public holidays or big events like the F1 or annual Chinese New Year celebrations. Marina Bay Sands offers are not easy to come, but being flexible certainly helps!

How to Get to the Top of  the Marina Bay Sands, if You’re Not Staying at the Hotel

Unfortunately, access to the infinity pool is for hotel guests only. If you don't stay at the hotel, you will not be able to visit the infinity pool.

Did your heart just drop? Don't worry, there are ways!

2. Get A ticket to the Marina Bay Sands Skypark Observation Deck

You can visit the Sands SkyPark Observation Deck , which is a separate part on top of the Marina Bay Sands Hotel.

The MBS Skypark surely has amazing views even though it is on the very far side of the hotel.

From the giant observation deck, you can catch some amazing panoramic views of the Gardens by the Bay and the big crowd of ships waiting to get into the Singapore harbour, which is an especially spectacular sight at night.

And of course, you'll spot the Singapore skyline with the Merlion in the Bay, a symbol that stands for Singapore’s humble beginnings.

If you're looking for a family-friendly way to ascend to the top of Marina Bay Sands, the Skypark Observation Deck entrance is an excellent choice.

With ample space and a secure glass fence, it's a safe environment for little ones. Additionally, there's plenty of room to capture your family memories without any worries or hassles.

Tips for Visiting the Marina Bay Sands Skypark

  • If you want to visit the observation deck to see those panoramic vistas, I highly recommend you buy your tickets for the Observation Deck online in advance . This way, you beat the crowds on the bottom!
  • On the official Marina Bay Sands website, tickets are SGD 26 (about USD20), but getting your entrance tickets online , you usually see much better deals for under USD20, plus you'll get FREE cancellation in case you have to re-schedule for a different day!
  • The best time to go to the top of the Marina Bay Sands Skypark is in the late afternoon. Sunset is a spectacular time, and so is night time. The observation deck is open until 9 pm every day so you can even visit after you've done your adventuring around the city.
  • There are also a number of combined offers that offer fantastic value for money if you want to visit more attractions in Singapore. I love visiting the Gardens by the Bay before or after a visit to the top of the Marina Bay Sands since it's so close. Buy your admission here to skip the line . Don't forget to take a walk along the OCBC Skyway beneath the Supertrees here, it's epic!

Visiting the Marina Bay Sands is certainly one of the top things to do in Singapore, but having lived in the city for over 6 months and visiting frequently again over the years, I know there are so many more highlights and things that need to be on the list of things to do in Singapore .

3. how to get to the top of  the marina bay sands – eat at the marina bay rooftop restaurant.

There are a few restaurants at the top of the Marina Bay Sands:

  • Lavo Italian Restaurant is a haven for those seeking hearty Italian-American cuisine complemented by a sophisticated ambience, making it the perfect spot for a memorable dining experience. Try the Sunday Champagne Brunch or watch the space transform into a lively party space with DJ every Friday and Saturday night while sipping on handcrafted alcoholic drinks.
  • Spago Bar & Lounge Dining, the brainchild of Chef Wolfgang Puck, marks the chef's first international offshoot, presenting a diverse array of dishes from around the world coupled with breathtaking views of Singapore. Smart casual is the dress code here, with no flip flops allowed.
  • CE LA VIE Restaurant impresses with its amazing 360° views while serving modern Asian cuisine and stunning signature cocktails for lunch & dinner. CE LA VI also has another area called Club Lounge and Sky Bar, which also happens to be a nightclub.

Unfortunately, a visit right to the infinity pool is not possible from any of these restaurants either, but you can still get to the top of the Marina Bay Sands which gives you equally amazing skyline views.

From CE LA VIE's rooftop Sky Bar outside area, you actually get a nice view over the infinity pool.

Most nights you will need a reservation for Spago Dining Room and Lavo Italian and the restaurant at CE LA VIE. The Sky Bar and Club Lounge at CE LA VIE has cover charges after certain hours, and for example, every Wednesday for Ladies Night, there's free entry for ladies.

Also, be sure to check out local events happening in Singapore before planning to go up to any of these venues to not be disappointed as they may operate on a first-come-first-serve basis.

4. Other Singapore Rooftop Bars & Pools With Amazing Views to Check Out

If you cannot get up to the top of the Marina Bay Sands at all, make sure to visit one of the other surrounding rooftop bars.

Or even better, stay at one of the surrounding Singapore hotels with a rooftop pool to get a view of the ‘big ship'. I actually love the view of the Marina Bay Sands Hotel from another rooftop bar more than being on it.

One of my personal favourite spots in the city is the top of the Swissotel The Stamford. The SKAI rooftop bar can simply be reached by taking the MRT to City Hall as the hotel is right above the MRT.

Make sure you dress smart casual and wear proper shoes and don't miss the Happy Hour. If you go up in the early evening you can catch the sunset and get a few good shots as the place only starts filling up after dusk.

Book Your Trip To Singapore

Book Your Flight I recommend using Skyscanner as the easiest way to find and compare the best airfares to Singapore. Book Your Hotel My top pick for finding the perfect accommodation is Booking.com , as they guarantee the best room rate available, plus you get free cancellation on most bookings. Book Your Tours & Activities  I like finding and pre-booking tours with  Get Your Guide and Viator . You will book with instant confirmation, great customer support, and free cancellation for many activities. Access Money Overseas Without Hidden Fees  I highly recommend  getting a Wise account  to withdraw money in Singapore, pay for meals on the Visa card, or shop in Singapore Dollars. With Wise, you always pay the real exchange, so you never pay more than you need to. Stay Connected Anywhere Getting an eSIM card from Airalo eliminates the need for physical SIM cards, so you can easily switch between mobile networks in over 190 countries worldwide without expensive roaming fees. How to Get To the Top of Marina Bay Sands – Frequently Asked Questions

🏨 can you go inside the marina bay sands hotel.

Yes, you can go inside the Marina Bay Sands Hotel! Often referred to as the Singapore boat hotel, it is a world-renowned hotel open to the public and you can stroll into the lobby without anyone questioning.

While some areas of the hotel are reserved for guests only, there are plenty of public areas that visitors can access, including the shopping mall, restaurants, and the famous observation deck ( view discounted ticket here ) located at the top of the hotel.

Additionally, there are various attractions nearby that are easily accessible from the hotel, such as the Gardens by the Bay and the ArtScience Museum. So, whether you are a guest of the hotel or just a curious visitor, you can definitely explore the Marina Bay Sands and its many attractions.

💦 Is the Marina Bay Sands Pool Open to the General Public?

Unfortunately, the Marina Bay Sands Infinity Pool is not open to the general public. The pool is exclusively reserved for guests staying at the hotel and is not available for non-guests.

However, visitors can still enjoy other areas of the hotel, such as the rooftop restaurants, bars, and shopping malls.

Additionally, the hotel's rooftop observation deck, which offers breathtaking views of the city and the surrounding area, is open to non-guests for a fee.

So while you may not be able to take a dip in the famous infinity pool on top of the Singapore hotel boat, there are still plenty of things to see and do at the Marina Bay Sands hotel.

💸 How to Get to the Top of Marina Bay Sands for Free?

Getting to the top of Marina Bay Sands for free is unfortunately not possible unless you're a hotel guest.

However, there are a few ways to reduce the cost of visiting the top of the Marina Bay Sands Hotel. One option is to purchase a ticket for the observation deck in advance online , as this is often cheaper than buying a ticket on the day of your visit.

CE LA VIE Sky Bar on top of the hotel is the only way to get up there for “free” as there is no cover charge to enter, with the exception of special ticketed events and public holidays.

Additionally, for the CE LA VIE Club Lounge, cover charges are only implemented from 10 pm onwards on the days from Wednesday to Saturday, so if you come before then, you'll likely be able to go up for free. This might be subject to capacity.

However, once you're at the CE LA VIE bar or lounge, you will want to have a little drinks budget for spending some time overlooking Singapore's Skyline.

Additionally, some credit card companies and loyalty programs offer discounts or promotions for visiting the Marina Bay Sands, so it's worth checking to see if you can take advantage of any such offers.

Ultimately, while you may not be able to get to the infinity pool at the top of Marina Bay Sands for free, there are ways to reduce the cost of visiting this iconic attraction.

Final Words on How to Get To the Top of Marina Bay Sand

There are several ways to reach the top of Marina Bay Sands.

Of course, staying at the Marina Bay Sands Hotel is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for many, but one that not all can or want to afford.

The Skypark Observation Deck entrance is a great family-friendly alternative with the same stunning Singapore skyline views at a much cheaper cost.

For those seeking a dining experience, the rooftop bars and restaurants provide a vibrant atmosphere with spectacular food and views of the city.

And don't despair, if you are staying in another part of Singapore, there are plenty of rooftop bars that are worth visiting all around the city with equally incredible views.

The hotel is designed to align with the URA's long-term planning objective to complete the ring of development around the Marina Bay water basin. Working with the URA guidelines, the building is set back from the waterfront edge and visually porous so as to open views from the CBD to the Singapore Strait beyond. At street level, the design includes a grand, connecting atrium lobby which extends the city's public pedestrian network.

Five distinct joined plates form the structural movement strategy for the SkyPark. Three zones correspond to the hotel towers, and isolate each portion laterally. This allows the SkyPark to move under gravity, wind and seismic loads.

The atrium acts an internal street, linking the hotel towers and the retail center.

The 2.5 acre SkyPark includes an infinity pool, several smaller pools, parks, dining facilities, lounge areas, and ends in a cantilevered public promenade.

The 151-meter-long Infinity Pool appears to have a vanishing side edge, creating sweeping views of Singapore. As a city with very little space, the SkyPark is a new public realm in the clouds, offering breezes that temper the tropical heat and remarkable views of the entire city and bayfront.

Consistently ranked as one of the world's most spectacular pools, visitors flock to the SkyPark for a unique experience. It is the world's longest infinity pool (142 meters) and the largest outdoor pool at this height (650 meters).

Marina Bay Sands - Hotel and SkyPark

Singapore, 2010 / built.

Marina Bay Sands combines more than 120,000 square meters (nearly 1.3 million square feet) of world-class convention and exhibition facilities; three 56-storey hotel towers containing more than 2600 rooms in total; a 1-hectare (2.5-acre) sky park capping the towers, which offers 360-degree views of the city and sea and outdoor amenities for the hotel including swimming pools, restaurants and gardens; an iconic ArtScience Museum on the promontory; two state-of-the-art theatres with 4000 seats; a casino; a wide array of shopping and dining outlets; and an outdoor event plaza along the promenade that can accommodate up to 10,000 people. The project is more than the sum of its buildings, it is an entirely new urban sector of Singapore, a vital district that is connected with nature, interactive, of a human scale, and climatically sustainable. The seamlessness of indoor and outdoor public space is a hallmark of Marina Bay Sands and a major factor in its success.

Las Vegas Sands Corporation

Hotel: 2,860,000 sq ft | 265,683 sq m, SkyPark: 107,000 sq ft | 9,941 sq m, Casino: 161,500 sq ft | 15,000 sq m

More Details

Fewer details, marina bay sands singapore.

Three towers with large voids between them frame the views to the sea from downtown. Each “double-loaded” tower spreads at its base to form the atrium at the lower levels, with glazed connections in-between. From south to north, the size of the atrium narrows from tower to tower. The west facade is glazed to maximize the views of Marina Bay and the Singapore skyline.

The Sands SkyPark is located on the 57th storey and includes many of the hotel amenities. At the north end is a public observation deck accessible from Level 1.

The SkyPark is a shaped structure constructed of spanning steel bridges hovering over the concrete towers below. The spaces between the hotel and park above are designed as glass pavilions with open views to the park overhead, home to restaurants, lounges and a high end spa.

The 151-meter-long swimming pool appears to have a vanishing edge, and offers sweeping views to the west.

At 66.5 meters length, the observation deck is the longest occupiable cantilevered structure in the world.

Yacht rental prices in Singapore vary based on the yacht's size and the number of guests. A small, basic private yacht for 5-8 people may cost about $600 for a four-hour journey. Larger, luxury yachts accommodating 20-30 individuals could range from $2000 to $3000. Prices also differ for weekends, public holidays, and weekdays. For detailed rates, please reach out to our team.

Is it permissible to bring personal food and beverages on the yacht?

Yes, though it might entail additional charges depending on the yacht. Some yachts permit personal food and drinks without extra fees. For accurate information, please get in touch with us.

Can we organize a BBQ on the yacht?

BBQs are allowed on specific yachts, but renting a BBQ grill may come with extra charges. For more details, please contact us.

What attire is recommended for a yacht trip?

While there's no strict dress code for yachting, for comfort, consider bringing a hat, swimwear, and light clothes that can get wet. Shoes are generally not worn on board, so flip-flops or easily removable shoes are advisable. Remember to bring sunblock and an extra outfit in case you get wet.

Do I need to carry my passport on the yacht?

No passport is required for a yacht outing within Singapore waters.

Can the yacht be decorated for special occasions?

To aid ocean conservation efforts, we discourage the use of confetti and balloons as decorations. Not adhering to this guideline may result in a fine, as part of our commitment to protect marine life.
