Formado em engenharia mecânica no Reino Unido, tem um longo historial de envolvimento no mundo náutico, possuindo mais de 25 anos de experiência no após venda náutico. Co-fundador da YatchWorks em 2003 e da Seacascais em 2015.

Financeira, Logística e R.H. – Luís Xavier

Licenciado em gestão de empresas, optou pelo sector náutico há mais de 15 anos, acumulando experiência na área financeira, comercial, após venda e peças. Após passagem por outras empresas de referência no sector náutico em Portugal, foi convidado para se juntar ao projeto YachtWorks em 2005.

A YachtWorks nasceu em Julho de 2003, fruto da necessidade crescente de um serviço de assistência técnica de qualidade no sector da náutica de recreio. Adicionando à formação de Engenheiros de máquinas marítimas, o seu conhecimento enquanto praticantes de actividades náuticas e clientes deste tipo de serviço, os seus responsáveis criaram uma empresa capaz de responder às solicitações do mercado que pretende um serviço responsável, tecnicamente competente e eficaz, em que a satisfação do Cliente é o principal objectivo. Cientes que a satisfação dos nossos Clientes só é atingível com serviços competentes, apostamos numa formação contínua junto das marcas representadas, o que nos distingue no mercado em que nos inserimos. Através de uma abordagem séria, metódica e criteriosa das diferentes solicitações que nos chegam, apresentamos soluções em tempo, qualidade e custo altamente competitivas, factor este que é decisivo na cada vez maior procura dos nossos serviços e produtos.
