Yes, you can reserve a booking date without any obligation. We usually hold this booking in our system for 3 weeks. If we receive another inquiry for the date you are holding we shall contact you, giving you first option on the date.

Bookings are confirmed by payment of a deposit together with a signed copy of our Terms and Conditions of Business.

Regretfully No. The marina is private. There are commercial and public marinas nearby, such as Rose Bay wharf, which you can use. Most would require a short [5 minute] bus transfer to the venue.

Yes, by negotiation with us. Time extensions are charged per half hour per person. This covers venue hire and full beverage service.

Yes, we offer very affordable upgrade wines, sparkling wines, beers etc. plus special cocktails, spirits, etc. 

The premises are fully licensed and liquor is supplied by the Royal Motor Yacht Club. In certain instances you may be permitted to supply alcohol for a nominal corkage charge to cover service and overheads.

The beverage packages are very attractively priced for you and the club will not offer drinks on a perconsumption basis.

Unfortunately your guests will not have early access to the RMYC, without prior arrangement. If required and by mutual consent, the RMYC can offer a cash bar or bar tab for early arrivals.

The RMYC onsite parking is for members only. However there is plentiful street parking along Wunulla road and up the fork to Wyuna road [with a public staircase directly across the road from the club]. Typically parking is manageable midweek and weekend evenings. Most difficult times are daytime parking at weekends during summer and spring.

Regretfully No. The marina is private and out of bounds. There are stunning photo shoot locations nearby; both walking distance and a short drive away.

Why would you? Zest is one of the foremost caterers in Australia, having won the top National awards from the Restaurant and Catering Association, “Caterer of the Year”. So the answer is “no”, unless you require kosher cater-ing. Accredited kosher caterers may cater at our venue, by arrangement.

All professional suppliers are welcome. We can also refer excellent decorators to you.

Yes, our wedding packages include a selection of styling including table runners, candles, lanterns, napkin rings, French goblets, feature lighting, furniture and enhancements. Bridal party depart for photos. We have organised for guest transport on large air-conditioned coaches.

The capacity of this room is 80 guests for dining, 70 guests for the dinner dance, and 100 guests for cocktail parties. ● Pacific Room: This is another room apt for extensive ceremonies and events. David and Sharon’s wedding was held at the picturesque Point Piper Royal Yacht Club in May.

Their wedding ceremony was held indoors over looking beautiful Rose Bay and the afternoon couldn’t have been any better with clear skies and blue water, the backdrop was set for a stunning wedding.  After the ceremony we went just outside the yacht club and found a small grassy area to take formal photos with just the three of us.

After formal photo’s our newlyweds were introduced and the party went off with a bang with dancing  and festivities. What I love about this venue is the amazing views out to rose bay as the sun sets it gives such an amazing backdrop for guests and the bridal party.

The service, food and music provided was simply the best and made for a real memorable night. After speeches David, Sharon and I snuck outside to take some more artistic intimate night photos. You wouldn’t believe it that all we had was a car park out the front of the venue full of cars yet we got some phenomenal shots for our beautiful couple to remember their day by. As a Sydney wedding photographers I just love capturing real people in love and this was the case with David and Sharon.
