Venetian Marina and Yacht Club

Play in the heart of downtown baltimore, marina info, venetian marina & yacht club is an awesome stop for fun and nightlife in downtown miami.

Please note that this marina does not allow sailboats to dock due to strong currents in their basin. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and urge all sailboat owners to seek alternative docking arrangements. Safety is a top priority, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Venetian Marina and Yachting Center has partnered with Marriott Biscayne Bay to provide our boaters with discounted rooms for confirmed bookings. Please ask your reservation concierge for the information after booking if you'd like to stay at the Marriott Biscayne Bay during your marina visit, or find the information included in your pre-arrival email under Special Instructions.

Venetian Marina & Yacht Club, formerly known as Sea Isle Marina & Yachting Center, is located on the north side of downtown Miami and is within walking distance of all the hot city action. This marina can accommodate transient vessels up to 60' LOA with 30AMP and 50AMP power. The transient rate at this marina is inclusive of power charges. The marina does not currently offer weekly or monthly pricing for transient visitors.

If you are looking to spend some time off the boat, but not away from the water, this is the place for you. And Miami? There's so much to do! Spend the day shopping the local boutiques and high-end retailers for some new digs in the hippest fashion district in the country. Already stocked up on this season’s trends? Then get cultured at Museum Park, which includes Miami Art Museum, Miami Science Museum, and Cultural Center. Want to spend the day outside? Miami is full of beautiful parks and white sand beaches perfect for relaxing or tossing a frisbee around with the locals.

However you decide to spend your day, you must venture out to see what Miami is all about. Whether you are seeking a fantastic dining experience, or a wild night out on the town, Miami is known to have something to satisfy every taste. With so many things to do and easy access to the Intracoastal Waterway, Venetian Marina & Yacht Club is the perfect place to stop and have some fun. For those visitors who have had a little too much fun, or just want to spend a night on solid ground, the Biscayne Bay Marriott is located directly behind Venetian Marina & Yacht Club and has great accommodations for any party.

Transient Rate: $8 per foot, includes power. Long Term: $30/foot per month*

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY: This marina has a 48 hour cancellation policy for all standard stays. In the event that you need to cancel within the 48 hour window, you may be issued a credit towards a future stay at this marina, at the discretion of the dockmaster. There will be no exceptions for cancellations inside of these periods due to weather or boat issues. If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact [email protected].

HOLIDAY & SPECIAL EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY: This marina has a 72 hour cancellation policy for all special events and holidays including, but not limited to, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, etc. In the event that you need to cancel within the 72-hour window, you may be issued a credit towards a future stay at this marina, at the discretion of the dockmaster. There will be no exceptions for cancellations inside of these periods due to weather or boat issues. If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact [email protected].

SAILBOAT POLICY: Please note that this marina does not allow sailboats to dock due to strong currents in their basin. Reservations for sailboats will be cancelled and refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and urge all sailboat owners to seek alternative docking arrangements. Safety is a top priority, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

SLIP NOTES: Your slip will be assigned on arrival by the marina. Please note that some slips in the marina have minimum vessel length requirements. Slips 805, 807, and 808 are only available for vessels 60' and up. Slips 414 and 430 are for catamarans only up to 42' in length and 30' in beam. Note that neither of these 2 slips have finger piers.

Venetian Yacht Club Wedding

The charming and one of a kind Venetian Yacht Club is a well known wedding venue located in Village of Babylon, New York. The club is host to an absolutely divine array of picturesque scenery, including unforgettable ceremony backdrops, panoramic views of the surrounding South Shore bay, and a wide open and sprawling space that inspires joy and good vibes.

The main indoor facility is the Regency Suite, a large elegant space that can accommodate up to 200 guests. Adjacent to the suite is a large cocktail patio, where guests can mingle as they sip on expertly crafted mixed drinks, wine, high end beers, and champagne. The structure also has floor to ceiling windows, allowing guests to take in the same beautiful scenic views that they would see outside.

When it comes to service, the Venetian Yacht Club offers everything that you would expect from an experienced professional wedding host. These amenities include on-site centering, a rehearsal dinner, and expert ceremony and reception planning.

An Area Guide to The Venetian Marina and Yacht Club

When you book your slip or visit the Venetian Marina and Yacht Club, be prepared to be in the heart of Downtown Miami! DT Miami, as locals affectionately call it, draws boaters and landlubbers alike from all over the world. You may ask, what’s so great about DT Miami? Well, just about everything! It’s the oldest part of the city and its historical center, yet it has a culturally rich modern vibe. From distinctive neighborhoods, waterfront parks and world-class restaurants and bars, to theaters, museums, and galleries – if you want it, you’ll soon see Downtown has it.

Of course, boaters are drawn to it like moths to a flame because it’s perfectly situated on the beautiful Atlantic Ocean waterfront, with iconic palm tree lined beaches, some of the best marinas, and off-shore islands prime for exploring. And when you’re ready to trade in your boat shoes for walking shoes or dancing shoes, and venture out of Venetian Marina and Yacht Club, Miami is just steps away, ready to charm and captivate you.

We want to help you get the most out of your visit by sharing our “must see and do” list for DT Miami. Although our list contains just a small portion of the seemingly endless things to enjoy, we know it will not disappoint.

Dining and nightlight

Whether you’re in the mood for an evening of fine dining, or good but cheap eats on the run, DT Miami has both – and everything in between.

Chef Jeremy Ford’s restaurant, Stubborn Seed , just across A1A on the beachside from the marina, is seasonally driven and features an eclectic menu of American eats that are as delicious to nibble as they are to look at. But it’s not stuffy, it’s lively and thoroughly fun. Another must visit is Crazy About You . It’s chill lounge setting, prestigious dining room, and picturesque waterfront dining has made it one of Brickell’s (a cool urban neighborhood of DT Miami) preferred upscale destinations.

On those days when you want something both cheap and delicious, head to Burrito San on 5th Street in Miami Beach. It’s known for its out of this world burgers and burritos – home to the ramen burger and the sushi burrito. How can you not try? In the mood for a good old-fashioned sandwich? Who isn’t? Now, whenever you put “La” in front of a name, you think expensive. Well not when it’s La Sandwicherie . They’ve been serving “heavenly sandwiches in Miami Beach since 1988.” With locations in both DT Miami and Brickell, you can conveniently try your appetite and dexterity with a thoroughly stuffed mile-high sandwich. It will ruin you for any other sandwich and is a straight shot from the marina, across the Venetian Causeway Bridge to the beach!

Oh, and we must tell you about Miami’s best kept secret; Soya e Pomodoro . It serves delightful and authentic Italian cuisine created by “two Italians with a dream.” Its homey atmosphere makes you feel like you’re eating in a southern Italian family’s kitchen. Manga!

Arts and culture

One of your first stops certainly should be the Maurice A. Ferre Park (Museum Park) . Overlooking Biscayne Bay , this extraordinary park is home to both the Perez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) as well as the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science. This stop is a feast for the inquisitive mind and happens to be neighbors to the Venetian Marina so you don’t have to travel far.

From there, it’s a short walk to one of the most iconic building in DT Miami’s skyline, the Freedom Tower . It’s like visiting a “Miami time capsule”, with its ornamental Mediterranean Revival façade – which in itself is a work of art. This is probably why today it’s home to the Miami Dade College Museum of Art + Design (MDC MOA+D ) with a full calendar of exhibitions, events and programs.

If live music and theater is more your thing, you should check out the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts . Not only does it house the Ziff Ballet Opera House, Knight Concert Hall and Carnival Studio Theater featuring some of the top performers of our time, but the gleaming structure is an architectural gem. And if you’re in the mood for BIG entertainment with major touring concerts and Miami HEAT games, you only have to head to the FTX Arena just down the street. Of course, if you want to add starry skies and ocean breezes to your entertainment landscape, Miami is also home to the PFL Solar Amphitheater at Bayfront Park. It’s open-air entertainment at its best.

Shopping and entertainment

Shop ‘til you drop may not have been invented in DT Miami, but it certainly was perfected here! Bayside Marketplace is a reflection of the real Miami. It’s a two-level, open-air festival center with more than 150 shops and 12 restaurants. But because Miami loves its sunshine, and it’s shopping, there is another open-air dining and shopping complex – Brickell City Centre . It’s an upscale assortment of posh shops including Saks Fifth Avenue, Apple and Sephora. And for the rainy days, there is a CMX luxury movie theater.

Bayfront Park , adjacent to Bayside Marketplace, was Miami’s first public gathering place. This idyllic park now spans 32 acres in the heart of DT Miami. It’s perfect for running, biking or just relaxing. It’s also home to the much-loved Skyviews Miami Observation Wheel . Towering 176 feet in the sky, it features 42 climate-controlled gondolas, each with a breathtaking panoramic view of beautiful DT Miami, Biscayne Bay, and miles of the surrounding area.

Last, but certainly not least, most boaters know that the Venetian Marina and Yacht Club is a proud host of the annual Miami International Boat Show . It’s THE event for all things boating and occurs each February!

YBC will start with 8 boats for renters and members to enjoy and add more as we settle into our new location. Renowned for its pristine white sandy beaches, the coastline provides opportunities for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports. MEMBERS AND RENTERS : According to Florida state law, "For anyone born on or after January 1st, 1988, who will be operating a boat in Florida waters with an engine of ten (10) horsepower or more, the law requires them to complete an approved boating safety course and obtain a Florida Boating Safety ID Card."

This means you will are REQUIRED to complete ONE of the two items below before boating at our any of our Florida locations:

Option A: Members or Renters from out of state can take a boating safety course to obtain a Florida Boating Safety ID Card. (Estimated time: 2-4 hours; lasts for life)

Mission statement.

To provide an exceptional private club experience for a diverse and engaged membership across the full spectrum of family, social, dining, boating, water sports, and beach activities, while maintaining the highest standards of yacht club service to our membership with continuous commitment to improvement and innovation as well as service to our community.  

Vision Statement

That in 2026 the Venice Yacht Club be recognized as one of the Distinguished Clubs of America by fulfilling this Vision Statement, which was developed by gaining feedback from our members, and consistently communicating our progress to them in the Strategic Plan and the following Strategic Initiatives.

Governance By continually reviewing and revising the governance of our club, we will have the processes, policies, and Board orientation necessary to ensure consistent, strategic governance in lieu of tactical, operational governance. We embrace the concept of strategic stewardship over time from one Commodore and Board to the next. Finance By considering the question of what should be done with our clubhouse building as the core question for capital planning. By developing and consistently maintaining a comprehensive, objective and forward-looking capital plan that allows us to consistently meet our forward-looking capital needs, both obligatory and aspirational. By having a transparent and sound budgeting process coupled with systems, personnel and controls to continuously monitor financial progress. By embracing forward-looking financial planning and modeling to ensure that dues and fees are set appropriately to operate the club in accordance with our Mission, Vision Statements, and the Strategic Plan. Membership By defining the optimal and sustainable number of members in each classification through our strategic planning process. By having a full complement of members in each classification and having a wait list for members in each. By seeking members who understand the concept of club ownership and who participate like owners, willing to ensure the club’s growth and innovation, as necessary. By ensuring that our club is inclusive of all classifications of members who are cross generational, and that younger classifications are populated  with active and engaged members who will ensure the club’s future. By proactively recruiting and marketing the club to prospective members to ensure we have a wait list in each classification. By ensuring that the membership committee thinks strategically about recruiting members from the greater Venice/Sarasota community. Innovation By accomplishing real “outside the box” thinking concerning our facilities: developing an innovative approach to the evolution of our campus; and successfully repurposing our limited footprint with  increased programming and services. By putting significant effort into innovation to offer water sports and boating activities that are a magnet for young families and other prospective members with an affinity for the beach and the water: and by ensuring that our water sports and beach programs are second to none in the greater Venice/Sarasota community. By developing, as part of our programming, integration of the club into the Venice/Sarasota/Tampa Bay arts, theatre, music, educational and sports community. Team By giving our management team the support and funding necessary to recruit, retain and train their team to deliver a compelling member experience. By ensuring that our membership is appreciative and supportive of our team and considers each team member a part of the Venice Yacht Club family. By ensuring that our team is professional, constantly improving, open to feedback and enthusiastically embraces accountability for our member experience. Challenges By considering the limited footprint of the club facilities, coupled with the age and configuration of our clubhouse; by assuring that members are committed emotionally and financially to our future plans; and by considering competition from other clubs in our community.

Venetian Bay Yacht Club Real Estate in Park Shore

Venetian Bay Yacht Club is a condominium association within the bayfront and beachfront communities of Park Shore real estate . The Venetian Bay Yacht Club of Park Shore is located along Gulf Shore Boulevard North. There club is composed of the Venetian Bay Yacht Club North and the Venetian Bay Yacht Club South. Only residents of Park Shore community can own boat slips from the yacht club. Some boat slips are also available for lease. The Venetian Bay Yacht Club provides easy and direct access to boat owners from the Venetian Bay to the Gulf of Mexico beach through Doctor’s Pass. Residents and boat owners can also conveniently reach various destinations around the community like nearby restaurants and shops while boating.
