Once we are there you can enjoy from a delicious brunch, luxurious BBQ lunch and a variety of drinks throughout the day. This beautiful island is located about 10 kilometers south of Curaçao. It is approximately three square kilometers in size and completely uninhabited. Do yourself a favor and book this charter!! 6 of us had an amazing time with David and Alan (sp?). He responded quickly when I reached out and was very communicative throughout the days leading up to the trip. We did a ~6 hour cruise to the blue room, did some swimming and snorkeling, and had an amazing barbecue dinner as the sun set. Everything about the experience was smooth, enjoyable, and RELAXING. This was a perfect addition to our Curaçao vacation and I highly recommend!

Our group wanted a private outing to see Curacao from the water. The trip on Kevin's boat was exactly what we wanted. He planned a great itinerary: cruising, snorkeling, and relaxing on a beautiful beach. Kevin and his crew took care of our every need along with sharing some island history. FUN! Do yourself a favor and BOOK a trip ASAP with Kevin! We booked a private full day with Kevin and Miro (spelling?) and it was perfection! His communication was prompt and detailed. He was extremely kind and accommodating. We (4 adults and a 10 year old) wanted a customized trip of beach hopping and snorkeling and just pure relaxation and he delivered beyond our expectations! He had water rafts, snorkeling gear and refreshments galore. He and Chef Miro were amazing and prepared a delicious lunch that left us full, but wasn’t heavy. It was so good and a must if you book the trip! They were so attentive, yet left us to have our private time. We jumped off the boat from the top, snorkeled with sea turtles, saw the pigs on the beach and snorkeled while swimming with many amazing fish - all colors of the rainbow! We visited the Blue Room which was super cool and relaxed on the bow of the boat. Kevin provides a bluetooth speaker and everything else you need. It was the best day! I loved when we were cruising the ocean; he drives at a pace that is comfortable for you to relax and sunbathe, yet you get this beautiful wind to cool you off. If you’re thinking about a day with Kevin, think no longer and BOOK it. We had a great time and if you book it, you will too! All you need are towels and sunblock and you’re good to go! The water is gorgeous and it’s an amazing way to explore Curaçao via boat! Do you want a memorable and fun experience on your trip?! Book Kevin now! Charter Yacht – Bar Four

Our 41 ft Viking yacht BAR FOUR 2 has everything you need and more for a great day out. We can take a maximum of 15 guests on this vessel but we like to limit our trips to about 6 or 8 guests to guarantee the best level of service. Enjoy our onboard Wi-Fi in the air-conditioned salon or come feel the sea breeze on the fly bridge.

The yacht is powered by two diesel engines that produce a total of 740 hp and give it a top speed of 24 knots. The cruising speed of this yacht is 17 knots. There is a 8kw generator onboard and she is fully air-conditioned. The electronics package consists of all Garmin radar, sonar and two VHF radios and GPS plotters.

A trip to Paradise... Klein Curacao

Far away from the hustle and bustle of Curaçao's Punda and Otrobanda districts lies a remote, coral island with white sand beaches , crystal clear water , a spectacular reef and colorful sea life . The flat, wind-swept island of Klein Curaçao (Dutch for Little Curaçao) is a mecca for divers , snorkelers and sunbathers .

Klein Curaçao lies 15 miles off the southeast point of Curaçao and is just a two-hour boat trip from Spanish Water . The Mermaid , a sturdy sea-going vessel, awaits passengers at the Fishermen's Pier every Monday , Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday mornings at 6:45am . Six times a week, the Mermaid takes people out to the island of Klein Curaçao for a perfect day by the sea.

When you climb aboard the Mermaid, you'll be greeted with a warm cup of tea or coffee. Captain Kees and his crew create a great atmosphere that makes you feel welcome on board!

The Mermaid sets sails along the southern coast of Curaçao. From the boat you'll see Fuik, Duivelsklip and Oostpunt, a completely inaccessible region of Curaçao that has been set aside as a wildlife preserve. Sometimes dolphins swim alongside the boat . Then the Mermaid turns southward and heads out into the blue sea, towards Klein Curaçao.

From a distance, you can see Klein Curaçao's landmark lighthouse and a shipwreck that was lodged on the beach many years ago. As the boat approaches the coast, you'll see a few huts, which are used by the local island fishermen. But mostly, you'll see endless beaches of white sand, waiting to be explored by you .

Once the Mermaid has anchored off shore, you'll want to take a swim in the crystal clear turquoise water . Take a stroll and visit the historical lighthouse or collect shells on the beach. Lie out on a beach chair and catch some rays of sun or play beach volleyball on our pricate court!

Exclusive to the Mermaid , Captain Cor and his crew have the only beach house on Klein Curaçao . With a large thatched-roof patio, picnic benches and cool drinks it's a great shady shelter from the heat of the sun. Bathrooms are clean and well maintained . The Mermaid provides all the facilities you need for a nice day on the beach.

A fantastic buffet lunch at the beach house awaits you-chicken, spare ribs, beef burgers, corn, various salads and fruits are prepared to perfection. Beer, wine, juices and soft drinks are provided (alcoholic drinks for a small fee).

For snorkelers and scuba divers , Klein Curaçao has much to offer. Klein Curaçao has beautiful coral formations, a vertical drop-off and a couple of underwater caves. For snorkelers, Mermaid provides masks free of charge so that you can experience our gorgeous underwater world for yourself. For scuba divers, we offer several options on our Scuba Thursdays , when Jackie (our in-house dive guide/instructor ) joins us to Klein Curacao. For certified divers Jackie takes you for a morning dive to the most beautiful reef on Klein Curacao’s northwestern tip by dinghy. The dive costs $99 and includes all the required diving equipment and Jackie’s services. For non-certified divers she offers introductory dives on Thursdays as well for $135 (price includes video footage), these are giving in the afternoon right by the boat in front of the beach house and are open to everybody to give scuba diving a first chance in the beautiful crystal-clear waters of Klein Curacao. And at 3:20 pm, it's all aboard time as the Mermaid heads back to the mainland. From the shores of Curaçao, people greet the Mermaid's return with warm smiles and friendly waves.

Sowieso All-Inclusive, met o.a.  Premium Open Bar : alcoholische drank van A-merken. Vertrekt vanaf Jan Thiel, dus voor veel toeristen lopend te bereiken.

Snelle catamaran

Bij deze snelle catamaran is het altijd  het mooiste feestje , met een superleuke crew die er elke keer weer een hele leuke dag van weet te maken. Meest compleet: ontbijt + bbq-lunch + (alcoholische) drankjes + beachhut + strandbedden + speelmateriaal voor in zee + gebruik van snorkelspullen.

Catamaran (Irie Tours)

Met deze twee de catamarans is het altijd super relaxed varen. Het mooie van de Klein Curacao-trip is dat ze vrijwel altijd wel plek hebben. Wel, jij kunt dat zijn! Stap aan boord van de BlueFinn catamaran naar Klein Curacao. Onze Klein Curacao Trip vertrekt om 08:00 (BlueFinn2) & 08.30 (BlueFinn). Je dient 15 minuten eerder aanwezig te zijn. De boottocht naar Klein Curacao duurt circa een uur en drie kwartier, afhankelijk van het weer. Eenmaal op het eiland? Dolfijnen zwemmen vaak langs de boot, spelen in de golven en pronken met hun springvaardigheden. Op sommige dagen kan de reis wild en nat zijn vanwege de golven en stromingen, maar de beloning is onbetaalbaar!

Van verre zie je het zonovergoten bounty-eiland en de oude iconische roze vuurtoren. Bij aankomst op Klein Curacao is het kristalheldere water weer kalm, perfect om te zwemmen, te snorkelen en te duiken. Hoewel de droge manier om vanaf de catamaran naar de kust te komen met een rubberboot is, raden we je aan om een snorkel te nemen en naar de kust te zwemmen! Als je het water in gaat, zie je meteen veel kleurrijke vissen en zeeschildpadden overal om je heen! Tussen mei en augustus zou je zelfs babyzeeschildpadden hun weg kunnen zien banen vanaf het zandstrand naar het heldere oceaanwater.

Als je aan land gaat, verken het eiland terwijl je onderweg geniet van de zon. De afstand van het strand tot de iconische roze vuurtoren, de scheepswrakken en de ruïnes is niet te ver voor een wandeling. Doe voldoende zonnebrandcrème op en probeer daar vroeg naartoe te gaan, want naarmate de dag vordert kan het geleidelijk aan echt heet worden in het midden van het eiland.
