In 2007 she was formally launched with accolade in Vancouver Wa and post sea trials and final completion was thereafter delivered to the yacht owner. Christensen Shipyards completed their new build motor yacht in the United States. A spacious proportion is achieved with a total beam (width) of 9 metres / 29.6 ft. With a 2.3m (7.4ft) draught (maximum depth) she is reasonably shallow. The material composite was used in the building of the hull of the motor yacht. Her superstructure over the hull is created from composite. Motor Yacht
Maidelle is the third full 6 deck creation by Icon Yachts over 62m, and features an exterior designed by Redman Whitely Dixon and an interior by renowned Italian designer Christiano Gatto.
Christiano Gatto: “The fundamental interventions in the layout reflect the owner’s needs to create wide entertainment areas, both formal and informal, to share with his guests, but it also reflects his need to allow himself roomy spaces for his privacy. This double aspect is reflected in the 17 metres long main saloon, or in the outdoor and indoor saloons, and, on the other hand, in the owner’s cabin, which is distributed in two decks with a direct link to a panoramic saloon for moments of family privacy. Refined is also the choice of woods, like mahogany, rosewood, ebony and walnut canaletto, all with glossy finishing, and balanced by the presence of natural stones treated with oils, such as Spain natural stone. It is the priceless luxury of simplicity, the refinement of enjoying the essential, but also the preciousness of materials such as leather and galouchat”.
Steel construction is complete and the last preparations are well underway to join the aluminium deckhouse with the proven bolted system that is one of the unique ICON features. The exterior layout differs significantly from the other vessels and consists of primarily loose furniture allowing total flexibility and multi functionality.

The 62m/205ft motor yacht ‘Party Girl’ is the latest addition to the charter market and is now open for winter bookings in Caribbean hotspots before heading to the exotic waters of the South Pacific for the summer season.
Launched by Dutch yard Icon Yachts in 2013, Party Girl is perfectly primed for luxury yacht charters . Her crisp, contemporary lines penned by the skilful hand of Redman Whiteley Dixon are sure to impress as is her glittering Christiano Gatto-designed interior.
Creating a ‘glamorous Art Deco style, with oriental influences’, the Italian designer has employed a range of exotic woods, and reflective textures and materials throughout the living areas of the motor yacht for a luxurious yet tranquil retreat.
The main salon, for example, features a black Portoro marble floor with white and gold streaks, mirrored ceilings, dark, high-gloss wall panels and similarly glossy wooden cabinetry.
Chairs upholstered in sumptuous velvet line a 14-seat rosewood table under an eye-catching, seven-metre chandelier, and this formal dining area adjoins a lounge and enclosed veranda aft, the latter boasting further seating and an inside-outside wet bar.
The upper deck, meanwhile, boasts a warmer, more intimate and cosy feel with wall panels of ebony, walnut and golden goatskin parchment. Similar styling is seen in the split-level master suite, which spreads across the forward sections of the main and upper decks, with its own private terrace.
Completing the accommodation offering is an upper deck VIP suite, and four guest cabins on the lower deck, featuring flexible sleeping arrangements, high-gloss mahogany and rosewood veneers, and dark walnut surrounds.
Whether chartering in the Caribbean or discovering the secluded islands of the South Pacific , there are multiple deck spaces in which to take in the glorious surrounds aboard luxury yacht Party Girl. Dine alfresco on the aft upper deck, soak up the sun on chaise loungers or take a dip in the upper deck Jacuzzi.
The highlight of the exterior spaces, however, is the teak-clad beach club, designed to offer a clear and uncluttered expanse in which to enjoy the multitude of water toys on board. There is a water-side gym and lounge here too.
