Welcome to our Luxury Catamarans section – seriously luxurious multihulls that turn heads. The market leader in this sector is Sunreef Yachts, but it is a fast growing market segment with Lagoon, Fountaine Pajot and the Moon Yacht 60 getting in on the action.

Lagoon in particular are expanding in this market with the Seventy 7 and the Sixty 5.

With a constantly growing demand for large luxury sail catamarans, Sunreef Yachts teams up with one of the world’s best yacht designers Malcom McKeon to present a radical superyacht concept – the SUNREEF MM460 CAT. Globally-known for in-house manufacturing and designing, Sunreef Yachts now engages in a special collaboration focusing on one the industry’s most exciting multihull concepts.

The design is defined by its impressive glass superstructure, atop which sits a 60 sq.m flybridge. This additional expanse of space not only gives the dual helm positions clear sight lines in all directions, but also provides a safe yet thrilling spot for guests to relax whilst the yacht is under sail, with fantastic elevated views.

Thanks to the yacht’s 16.65m beam, the aft deck can boast positively palatial proportions. Under the overhang of the flybridge, a sheltered lounge and al fresco dining area is created whilst further aft, L-shaped sofas nestle against the guardrail and disguise steps leading down to the swim platforms.

The main saloon is accessed via full height glass doors, which retract almost the full width of the superstructure and a spacious lounge and dining area, which expands to seat 18 guests, awaits.

Positioned forwards on the main deck are the master and VIP suites. Of equal size, these ensuite cabins both feature a chaise lounge, desk and walk-in wardrobe. The outlook is to the forward cockpit with its daybeds and Jacuzzi, which is reached via the main corridor.

From the saloon, steps lead to the lower deck of either hull.

The starboard hull houses the guest accommodation, of which there are four ensuite cabins all convertible between double and twin configuration. To aft in the starboard hull, the Sunreef MM460 CAT carries a 6.2m tender and there’s space for additional water toys, scuba dive cylinders and compressor, as well as a wetsuit store. The crew/rescue tender is stowed in the forepeak and there’s also space for two jet skis below deck.

In the port hull, an aft beach club steals the limelight. It’s equipped with a bar counter and stools, an adjacent sauna and a 2.5m fold-down platform that provides direct access to the water from the port side.

The crew quarters are also located in the port hull. There are three cabins with twin-bunks, plus an Engineer’s cabin and a Captain’s cabin, along with the crew mess, laundry and the yacht’s galley.

The Sunreef MM460 CAT is a capable and confident cruiser. She will take transoceanic passages in her stride and she is able to remain self-sufficient for extended periods of operation.

The new 80 Sunreef Power is a universal multihull yacht for long cruises in ultimate comfort. Taking luxury and seaworthiness to a new dimension, this dynamic and elegant craft enters the Sunreef Yachts range, redefining the authentic electric catamaran design. The 80ft yacht ’s dynamic hull and superstructure stretch the living spaces to the extreme, offering infinite options for a bespoke layout and décor.

With a bold, contemporary hull styling, the 80 Sunreef Power incorporates classic stainless steel portlights, teak sole decks, high bulwarks, and subtle ambience lighting. Her massive garage combined with an aft platform allows this luxury catamaran to take her dinghy, numerous water toys, and jet-ski anywhere she goes. Easily accessed from the saloon, the yacht’s full-beam bow terrace is a vast, soothing retreat with amazing amounts of space for sunning and lounging. The 80 Sunreef Power’s immense flybridge offers enough breadth to house a spa pool, a wet bar and generous seating all around.

One of the most spectacular features on board the 80ft yacht is the master suite which can be set up in the bow section of the main deck. With a double bed facing the bow terrace, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, dressing and desk, the suite is bathed in sun from the skylight glazing. The same space can also be used to install a large lounge with ample seating and access to the foredeck.

The main saloon opens wide onto the aft cockpit to combine the electric power catamaran ’s dining space with the outdoor relaxation areas, where more seating is available along with a wet bar. The fully customizable saloon can also accommodate a large galley, depending on the layout selected and houses an elevated interior navigation station.

The immense volumes in the hulls of the luxury catamaran give plenty of room to tailor every unit’s layout to the most specific requirements. The crew quarters along with the galley and crew mess can be accessed directly from the aft cockpit for more privacy on board. Multiple layout configurations are available to set up luxurious guest cabins for a supreme level of comfort on board.

Les moteurs IPS, qui équipent certains catamarans à moteur Fountaine Pajot sont conçus pour offrir une meilleure efficacité énergétique, ce qui peut se traduire par une économie de carburant par rapport à d’autres systèmes de propulsion. La conception globale des moteurs IPS vise à optimiser les performances du bateau en termes de vitesse , de maniabilité et d’économie de carburant. Et bien sûr, les moteurs IPS offrent une excellente maniabilité grâce à des hélices orientables, facilitant ainsi les manœuvres dans des espaces restreints comme les ports.

Spacieux et confortables en navigation, les motor yachts Fountaine Pajot offrent également de belles vitesses de croisière. Selon le modèle et la motorisation installée à bord, ils peuvent atteindre une vitesse max de 24 nœuds et de 18 nœuds en croisière rapide.

Les catamarans à moteur sont par nature plus efficients qu’un bateau à moteur monocoque . Selon le modèle et la motorisation installée à bord, à une vitesse de croisière rapide, c’est à dire aux alentours de 18 noeuds, les motors yachts de la gamme Fountaine Pajot peuvent atteindre entre 260 et 425 milles nautiques. A une vitesse de croisière dite “économique”, ils peuvent atteindre jusqu’à 1000 milles nautiques. Le Power 67, modèle Flagship de la gamme, peut quant à lui atteindre jusqu’à 4000 milles nautiques en vitesse de croisière économique. Comparateur des modèles ICI

Grâce à son architecture à deux flotteurs et une nacelle centrale suspendue, les masses sont divisées par deux et mieux réparties. La finesse des coques diminue la poussée d’Archimède et demande une énergie bien moindre pour déplacer la carène sur l’eau. Une consommation deux fois moindre que celle d’un monocoque en résulte et augmente l’autonomie des catamarans à moteur pour les grandes traversées et les longs séjours au mouillage. À longueur égale, un catamaran à moteur dispose de beaucoup plus de surface habitable . Cette grande largeur engendre un carré beaucoup plus spacieux ainsi qu’une immense surface de séjour, intérieur-extérieur de plain-pied

My husband and I traveled with our (3) 20 something year old kids and my 79 year old mother. We rented the 40FT-CATAMARAN and was an amazing choice for our group. They were open to whatever we wanted to do, and we wanted to snorkel they took us to beautiful reefs, and we saw a little of everything turtles, sharks, and barracudas. Our crew Luis, Ricardo, and Donny were the best! They were so attentive and treated us like royalty. We had beer, wine, cocktails, and food galore, the ceviche was so fresh and delicious. Can’t wait to book them again when we return to Cozumel.

Best personalized experience ever at Deluxe Private Boats in Cozumel. If you want first-class treatment and don’t like cow herd tours, this company is highly recommended. Our captain Miguel was an expert at navigating the 40-foot Sea Ray. His first mate Jonathan was fantastic, keeping the glass full. They will customize your experience any way you like, from snorkeling to just parking the yacht on a beautiful sandbar where stingrays can be seen. The food was out of this world, excellent seafood. Deluxe – Sea Ray 40

Great outfit! I coordinated with Nelly prior to our trip, and she set everything up for us. We had the boat for 8 hours and spent some time snorkeling, on private beaches, and cruising. Then the crew took us to the shallow/calm area, blew up a huge sunning mat, and turned on the music. We had drinks and lunch there and just lounged and swam. The food was the best we had all week, fresh and beautiful presentation. Captain and crew were on point! Thanks for the great day!

A group of 7 of us went out for 8 hrs on the 40FT Sea Ray for snorkeling and beach cruise. This trip was by far the BEST boat trip we have been on, and we come to Cozumel a lot. The boat was meticulously maintained and absolutely beautiful. The crew was the most professional and accommodating and took amazing care of us. The food that the crew prepared for lunch was over-the-top delicious with a variety of selections and the presentation was superb. I can not say enough great things about this group. They even brought us logo Yeti cups to our house to take back with us. The absolute best experience we have had. I HIGHLY recommend DELUXE to anyone looking for the best in boating excursions.

Galactica Super Nova 70.1m ( Listed for €75,000,000 )

Renowned for her beauty, Galactica Super Nova was developed with experts at the helm. Espen Oeino was in charge of her exterior design whilst Sinot Yacht Design crafted the interior styling. Her Rolls Royce waterjets and twin MTU diesel engines help her to achieve up to 30 knots, allowing her 12 guests to cruise the high seas at high speeds.

Secret 82.5m ( Listed for €94,500,000 )

Having undergone a refit five years after her build in 2013 the Abeking & Rasmussen motor yacht is now available for sale with Burgess. A global voyage is made possible with her range of 5,000nm and with room for 23 crew members her guests' comfort will always be ensured on such an expedition. 

O'Ptasia 85m ( Listed for €89,999,000 )

The Greek-built and designed fleet screams sophistaction and style. With ample space for up to 23 guests O'Ptasia is ideal for large gatherings. Packed with plenty of spaces in which guests can relax including a wellness centre, enormous beach club and multiple sunbathing areas O'Ptasia makes for a perfect environment to detach from the stresses of the outside world.

Victorious 85m ( Listed for €125,000,000 )

With a range of 8,000nm this explorer yacht comes with a remarkable journey of her own already under her belt. After 14 years in the making Victorious was finally launched in 2021 after her owner Vural AK set up his own shipyard in Turkey in order to complete the long awaited construction there. Her interior was designed by London-based specialists H2 Yacht Design. 

Tranquility 91.5m ( Listed for €149,900,000 )

Oceanco's exploration vessel is an appealing buy for a variety of reasons. Her stunning Eastern-inspired interior, which features a variety of exotic materials from bamboo, wenge to gold leaf. With many ammenities dedicated to relaxation Tranquility certainly lives up to her name.

Luminosity 107.6m ( POA )  

One of two 100m+megayachts for sale with Burgess, Luminosity is the newer of the builds. Italian shipyard Benetti have produced a gorgeous design that bridges together style with modern technologies. Packed with incredible features such as her dance floor, private health club and sea level spa it seems Luminosity truly has something for every type of guest.

The largest yacht for sale with Burgess, IJE is Benneti's longest ever megayacht making her the flagship of their custom fleet. Les matériaux composites, innovants et technologiques, constituent l’essentiel de la structure de nos catamarans à voile : coques, Fly, ponts, cloisons etc. Fountaine Pajot a mis au point une technique d’injection et d’infusion des résines, une technologie avancée donnant à nos bateaux toute leur robustesse. Grâce à cette expertise, nous allégeons considérablement nos catamarans en conservant une qualité constante . L’injection permet aussi de répondre aux exigences environnementales les plus strictes, conformément aux engagements du Groupe Fountaine Pajot.

Les catamarans à voile de 40 à 50 pieds sont fabriqués au siège social d’Aigrefeuille, à quelques km de La Rochelle. Les catamarans yachts de 51 à 80 pieds sont construits à La Rochelle même, en France, ou ils bénéficient d’un cale de mise à l’eau.

Il est essentiel de définir son programme de navigation : définir la taille de l’équipage à bord, le niveau de connaissance de la voile, le projet de navigation et la zone de navigation visée. L’ergonomie des catamarans Fountaine Pajot est étudiée afin de toujours faciliter les manoeuvres au poste de barre et permettre à un équipage réduit (2 personnes) de manoeuvrer aisément le bateau, au port comme en mer. Le design unique du poste de barre permet une bonne communication entre le cockpit arrière et les espaces de détente du Fly. Nos catamarans électriques disposent aujourd’hui d’une large surface de panneaux solaires, jusqu’à 2000 Wc, parfaitement intégrés au design du roof. Des vacances en Méditerranée à 1,2 million d'euros la semaine : découvrez l'incroyable yacht Malia, véritable hôtel flottant de luxe

Le yacht de 80 mètres Malia est présenté comme un véritable hôtel flottant, proposant des vacances ultra-luxueuses en Méditerranée. Seuls les plus riches pourront y avoir accès.

Le superyacht Malia, près de 80 mètres de long, a été vendu en 2023 au prix de 120 millions de dollars. Si l’envie vous prend de passer des vacances à bord de ce luxueux bateau, il faudra débourser la "modique" somme de 1,2 million d’euros environ, pour une semaine de croisière sur la Côte d'Azur, selon la chaîne  CNBC Travel , repéré par le média belge Blick .

Pour ce prix, Malia emmène ses hôtes dans de superbes visites de la Méditerranée, de Monaco à la Riviera italienne, en passant par la Sardaigne et les îles de la Maddalena, avec des escales dans des villes françaises emblématiques comme Saint-Tropez.

Quels clients ?

Le yacht peut accueillir jusqu’à douze invités dans huit chambres, dont une suite parentale, toutes dotées d’une salle de bains luxueuse. Les clients sont généralement des Nord-Américains, des Européens et des personnes originaires du Moyen-Orient.

"Hôtel flottant"

"Les chambres sont comparables à des chambres d’hôtel. On n’a pas l’impression d’être sur un yacht , a déclaré Sacha Williams, directeur du marketing mondial chez Northrop & Johnson, le courtier de Malia. C’est comme si vous étiez dans un hôtel flottant" , cite CNBC Travel.

Malia dispose aussi d’une salle de sport et d’un spa, ce dernier comprenant une salle de massage, un sauna et un hammam turc. Sur le pont principal, une piscine à débordement. Un jacuzzi à fond de verre et un théâtre en plein air complètent le tableau.

Pour des vacances en famille

Une partie du prix de l’affrètement sert à payer les 21 membres de l’équipage, qui comprend un capitaine, des équipes d’ingénierie et d’accueil, et plusieurs chefs cuisiniers. Certains d’entre eux ne seront jamais vus par les clients, chargés d’assurer leur sécurité, souligne la chaîne.

De nombreux clients affrètent le yacht pour des vacances en famille. "Ils peuvent fêter un anniversaire, un anniversaire de mariage ou simplement une réunion de famille. Sur un yacht de la taille de Malia, vous pouvez accueillir les grands-parents, les parents et les enfants" , assure Sacha Williams, directeur marketing de la société qui loue le luxueux yacht, cité sur CNBC Travel.
