I did the tour to icacos island and palomino with the captain Jay, pablito and I forgot the tall guy name but three of them were great! We had a blast on our tour. Drinks were amazing. The spot chosen for snorkeling was just amazing. Flamenco beach is definitely a must. But what made a difference is the awesome Sail Getaways crew. All of them were super attentive and nice with us. Was all of our first time and it was so beautiful and fun. We got to see a barracuda, big jellyfish and a bunch of other little fish. My friend and I took the tour to Tamarindo and Flamenco beach and it was amazing. The weather was perfect which made the ride super smooth. We were a fortunate group to enjoy a beautiful day. Great quick getaway for our group of 13. Quick boat ride to snorkel, excellent fish viewing and lunch. Then a quick boat ride to Flamenco Beach to wander around. The staff was friendly, knowledgable, and patient.

We took the three-in-one catamaran getaway on New Year's Day with Omar and Arturo. Our group was 2 adults a 9 year old and a 5 year old. All of us had an amazing time. Family-friendly tour. All ages can participate! Infants 3 years and younger are free but need to be included as passengers.

For private tour we can accommodate up to 80 passengers (coast guard certified), but for non-private we only accommodate 70.

• Lunch (deli-style buffet with cold cuts, cheeses, fresh bread, pasta salad, bean salad, and chicken salad)
• Snacks (chips and fresh fruit)
• Beverages (rum drinks like Piña Colada and Rum Punch, Medalla beer, assorted sodas, juices, and water)
• Waterslide, snorkeling equipment, and floating devices.

Transportation

Roundtrip transportation is offered at an additional fee per person from any major hotels in the Old San Juan, Condado or Isla Verde area.

If you’re staying in Puerto Rico’s northeast coast, Rio Grande, Rio Mar, Luquillo, Fajardo, and Palmas del Mar in Humacao, call us for transportation minimum and pricing at +1 (787) 860-3434.

Cancellation Policy

For individual reservations of 1-9 passengers, there can be cancellations until 10:00 am the day before the scheduled trip with no penalty. Reservations for 10 or more passengers require cancellation at least two (2) days in advance.

“NO SHOW” if you don’t arrive on time, the ticket is NOT REFUNDABLE and NOT REUSABLE unless (and only if) we have space available to reschedule on a future date. Reschedule must be made on the day of the original trip, base on availability and a rescheduling fee of $25 + tax per person will be applied.

*All marine activities are subject to water conditions. Please call the day before your trip for an update. Cancellations or change of destination due to water conditions is at the Captain’s discretion. These decisions will be informed at check-in.

Recently booked a snorkeling tour to Icacos and it was amazing. The prices were fair and they were able to provide transportation from Viejo San Juan for an additional cost. The crew was amazing and took care of us. They were very attentive and they kept the drinks coming. The water conditions weren’t the best for snorkeling but they did their best to find us s spot. Accessing the beach required to swim from the boat. It wasn’t ideal but made it fun. I intend to book again on my next trip to PR. Next time it’ll be Culebra. Keep up the good work. I would love to hear more reguetón and more Latin music next time.

My group traveled to Puerto Rico & booked the private all inclusive boat tour to Icacos. I would recommend booking the private tour if you have a large group like myself. Tito and his crew were great! They were nice & very accommodating. They were on time and gave great directions to get to the dock. They gave us drinks, snacks, and lunch. I would 100% rebook with them the next time I’m in the area. No complaints!

The staff was excellent and the trip was everything we were hoping for... drinks, sun, snorkeling, and the most beautiful beach! I have been on many boat trips in the Caribbean and this was one of the best. Would definitely do it again!

My husband and I had an awesome private boat tour on the Tortuguita, their 28 foot power catamaran. The captain, who was also the owner, was very attentive. It was SO great being able to be on our own schedule, back right up to the beach, and go to his "secret spot." We came back from a walk on the beach to find an umbrella and our towels waiting for us, followed by refills of our drinks! It was fantastic!

Para Quentin Tarantino, Alec Baldwin sí tuvo “parte de responsabilidad” en la tragedia de la película “Rust”

El director de “kill bill” expresó su opinión sobre la muerte ocurrida en aquel infame rodaje.

Aunque la justicia estadounidense desestimó el juicio en contra de Alec Baldwin por la muerte de la directora de fotografía Halyna Hutchins en el set de Rust , el cineasta Quentin Tarantino opina que el actor sí tuvo un grado de responsabilidad en la tragedia ocurrida en octubre de 2021.

Según los reportes, Baldwin estaba maniobrando con una pistola mientras se filmaba una escena del western. Era una toma en la que tenía que apuntar a la cámara. El objeto —que se disparó accidentalmente según argumentó Baldwin— tenía proyectiles reales, lo que hirió al director Joel Souza y ocasionó la muerte de Hutchins.

Durante su participación en el podcast conducido por Bill Maher , el director de Tiempos Violentos fue consultado sobre este caso. Dada su amplia experiencia en filmes de acción donde se manejan armas de fuego en el atrezo, Tarantino consideró que los actores no están exentos de responsabilidad al emplear estos artículos.

“En esa situación, y creo que estoy siendo justo, el armero (la persona que cuida las pistolas y los proyectiles) es 90% responsable de todo lo que tenga que ver con esa arma,.... pero el actor también es 10% responsable ”, precisó.

“¡Es un arma! Eres alguien más que tiene responsabilidad, hasta cierto punto”, añadió en contraposición a Maher, quien consideró que “no fue justo” que Baldwin fuese enjuiciado por homicidio involuntario.

Para sustentar su opinión, Tarantino explicó que los armeros siempre deben mostrarle a los actores las armas con las que van a trabajar. “ Si hay pasos que se deben seguir, tú los sigues . Se hace con mucha responsabilidad, y sabes que es jodidamente real”, citó Variety del mencionado podcast.

“Así lo maneja el actor. Te enseñan que el cañón está limpio. Y luego te dicen algo como ‘aquí están nuestras balas de fogueo’ y ‘aquí está el arma’... y está lista para dos o tres [disparos]. Y si un actor sabe que tiene tres rondas en su arma, y voy a hacer una escena... y él sabe que tiene tres rondas calientes... si una de las rondas no se dispara... entonces debe pedir el corte de la escena”, relató.

En el caso de la película Rust , la justicia determinó que Hannah Gutierrez- Reed , la armera del equipo, era culpable de homicidio involuntario y fue sentenciada a 18 meses de prisión en marzo de 2024.

“Cuando me hice cargo de Rust , era joven e ingenua, pero me tomé mi trabajo tan en serio como sabía hacerlo. A pesar de no disponer del tiempo, los recursos y el personal adecuados, cuando las cosas se pusieron difíciles, hice todo lo que pude para manejarlas”, dijo Gutierrez Reed en un comunicado previo al veredicto del jurado.

Asimismo, el primer asistente de dirección, Dave Halls , firmó un acuerdo de culpabilidad por un cargo menor de uso negligente de un arma mortal.

Por otro lado, Alec Baldwin enfrentó cargos por homicidio involuntario, pero el caso fue desestimado el 12 de julio después de que el juez determinara que las autoridades habían ocultado pruebas.

A lo largo del proceso, el actor insistió que era inocente de cualquier delito. En una entrevista de 2021 con George Stephanopoulos , aseguró que “no había apretado el gatillo” .

“Yo no jalé el gatillo. Nunca apuntaría a alguien con un arma y dispararía contra él. Nunca”, reiteró. “No tengo ni idea [de cómo entró una bala]. Alguien puso una bala real en un arma. Una bala que ni siquiera debía estar en la propiedad ”.
