For the Nordica they are asking $23,000 Canadian and for the Halman they are only asking $17,000 Canadian. The Halman is in better condition but I agree I would rather have the Nordica.

I would put 3 reefs in the main and install a bow sprit for light air sails (drifter). The boat is under canvassed for light air.
