Standard provisions may cover basic amenities, but additional costs such as fuel, marina fees, food and beverage expenses, and any special requests (e.g., water sports equipment, guided tours) are usually not included and can be arranged for an extra fee. It's important to discuss these details upfront to tailor the charter to your preferences while managing budget expectations.

More than 90 days before the charter start date: Clients may cancel their booking and receive a full refund of any amounts paid, less an administrative fee to cover processing costs.

60 to 89 days before the charter start date: Clients are eligible to receive a 50% refund of the total charter fee.

Less than 60 days before the charter start date: No refunds will be available, as we are unlikely to rebook the yacht for the specified period on short notice.

We strongly recommend clients consider travel insurance that covers charter cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or travel disruptions. This ensures that your investment is protected, and you can look forward to your luxury yacht charter experience with peace of mind.

Immediate Concerns: If your complaint is related to the yacht or services provided during your charter, we kindly ask you to inform the captain or the head crew member as soon as possible. Many issues can be resolved quickly when addressed in real time, ensuring the rest of your charter experience remains enjoyable

Formal Complaint: If your concern cannot be resolved during the charter or if it pertains to issues before or after your yacht experience, please submit a formal complaint in writing within 14 days of the charter's conclusion. You can email us directly at [email protected] .

Investigation Process: Upon receiving your complaint, our customer service team dealing with Ibiza Yacht Charter will conduct a thorough investigation.

Resolution: We aim to resolve all complaints within 30 days of receipt. We will provide you with a written response detailing the outcome of our investigation.

If you would like to reserve your chosen dates, a deposit of 700 EUR can be made to secure your dates. The method of payment can be done in the following ways:

Once we have received your payment, you will receive a booking confirmation within 24 hours. The remaining amount of the charter, along with fuel and any extra amenities is to be paid in cash or card on the morning of the charter.

You can pay it all in advance and immediately receive a confirmation of your booking. We prefer reservations in advance, but we can often accommodate last minute charters. You never know your luck so give us a call or email us and we will try our best to accommodate you!

There is a wide variety of options. Our staff can help you figure out a plan for your day out on the waters. Many clients choose to go to Formentera via the island of Es Palmador, which is only accessible by boat. Discuss your needs with our staff and your skipper to work out the best places to go, ensuring that the wind and sea conditions are favorable at your preferred destinations.

There are two ways we calculate fuel costs.

• Our estimates are based on set routes and therefore will be the same each time.
• By calculating the number of hours the engines were running and how much fuel they burned per hour, using a meter.

A short way along the coast is Ocean Club Ibiza, a five-star beach club where you're more likely to run into a bronzed footballer or soap star than Oscar-winning actor.

Internationally famous brand, Nikki Beach, also opens its doors this summer in the popular Santa Eulalia area. Be prepared for a season of champagne-fuelled decadence from opening White Party to closing Red Party – the standard Nikki drill.

Ibiza is rightly proud of the quality of its restaurants. In San Rafael, El Ayoun celebrates the best of Mediterranean and North African cuisine while in the Santa Eulalia area Bambuddha Grove, resembling a Thai temple where fine food is the object of worship, brings a touch of MediterrAsian exotica to the table.

Just a few miles off the coast, Formentera also offers some fantastic beaches and is the home of some fine beach eateries, most memorably the legendary Juan y Andrea.

Pacha has been a popular choice for clubbers since 1973, while Privilege, located close to San Rafael, is not only remarkable for its music but is the world's largest nightclub. Less than a kilometre away, Amnesia attracts the world's best DJs and has hosted gigs by some top music acts including Snoop Dogg and Duran Duran.

Ushuaia is one of Ibiza's key places to see and be seen. Obscured by the sand dunes at the end of Playa D'en Bossa this five-star beach club combines a relaxed ambience, excellent music and superb food. Mallorca: A-List Island

Of all the Balearic islands, Mallorca has probably the greatest number of contrasts to offer the holidaymaker and its attractions are far too numerous for one week's vacation. Palma has much to offer in the shape of its Gothic cathedral, which is a feature of the cityscape wherever you go and its historic buildings. Located on its own mini peninsula, it offers memorable views of the Bay and a menu of Spa treatments. CALA-JONDAL (IBIZA)

Home of the legendary Blue Marlin, this groovy little rocky beach is probably one of the coolest spots on Ibiza. Anchor here and get taken into one of the restaurants by private tender service and prepare to dance the afternoon away in style.

ES-PALMADOR (FORMENTERA)

This gorgeous, deserted island is one of the most beautiful places in the Mediterranean and definitely a spot that we would recommend stopping off at. • If you are booking for a single day and your reservation is confirmed more than 7 days in advance, a deposit of either $1,000 USD or 50% of the total cost of the reservation (whichever is greater) is processed immediately in order to hold the yacht. • If you are booking for a single day and your reservation is made 7 days or less in advance, the total price of your reservation is processed immediately.
• If you are booking for a multi-day charter and your reservation is confirmed more than 30 days in advance, a deposit of 50% of the cost of the yacht is processed immediately in order to hold the yacht. Once your embarkation date is 30 days away, the other 50% is collected for the price of the yacht, plus the APA, plus the taxes due.

Terms of refunds are dictated by the Charter Agreement. Generally, once a payment is collected, it is non-refundable. In certain circumstances, as dictated by the Charter Agreement, credits can be provided so you will be able to enjoy your yacht charter at a future date that is convenient for you.

Yaroslavl: A UNESCO protectorate and the Volga’s most ancient town

The artists who painted the monumental landscapes were the first in the history of Russia to sign their work setting an example for future generations of talented Russian artists. Here you can see numerous ancient Russian icons and the very first printed edition of "The Song of Igor's Campaign," Russia’s most famous literary achievement of the Middle Ages.

A 27-year-old bear, Masha, lives on the premises in a special enclosure with its own bath and amusements. She represents the symbol on Yaroslavl’s coat of arms of a brown bear characteristic of Russia. Masha has a temper and is not what one would call an easy-going bear: 10 years ago she bit off the foot of one of her keepers.

UNESCO encourages tourists to take a closer look at this church. Its exterior is a fantastic silhouette of a huge Orthodox Church with 15 domes. The interior is peerless in the world of art with tiles, patterns and paintings depicting an encyclopedia of Biblical scenes. Practically the entire population of the city and the surrounding area participated either financially or physically in its construction in the 17th century.

16th century: « Ivan Vasilievich » This club and restaurant features delicious Russian food and bright design in tribute to one of the Soviet Union’s most famous comedies, "Ivan Vasilievich: Back to the Future." The interior is recreated to humorously resemble apartments of the 1970s and chambers of the era of Ivan the Terrible. Its price, when compared to Moscow restaurants, is a nice surprise.  

The pride of the museum is its rich collection of examples from the Yaroslavl school of icon painting. Other notable exhibits include provincial portraits, works from the Parisian period of famous Russian artist Konstantin Korovin and canvases by Russia’s avant-garde. The museum annually hosts many events, lectures and exhibitions. Five years ago during a renovation, an arc from a secret underground passage from the Governor's house to the grotto under the observation deck of the Volga embankment was found. Twenty years ago the museum was given an award recognizing it as being the best provincial museum in Russia.  

Music and Time museum This museum is very popular among foreign travelers to Russia. Here one can find the largest public display of antiques anywhere in the country. The collection includes vinyl records and gramophones, bells and chimes, irons and samovars, music boxes and phonographs. A private museum, Music and Time was founded 22 years ago by the collector, actor and magician John Mostoslavsky. If you’re lucky he will personally guide your tour, which turns the exhibits into a real show.  

Yaroslavl’s most famous modern artist and a member of the Presidential Council for Culture, Nikolai Mukhin, and his colleague Treivus have created something stunning - a stone-carved portrait of Trinity angels that visit Abraham and his wife. It is a scene from the Old Testament. The sculpture is a bold attempt to interpret the great sculptural icon by medieval icon painter Andrei Rublev that bears the same name. It is Russia's only sculpture of the Holy Trinity. It is impossible to gauge how people would have reacted to such a violation of the religious canons in the past. However, the sculpture was consecrated by the former Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia, Aleksiy II.

Today the monument is considered one of Yaroslavl’s top five attractions. The sculpture was installed 20 years ago and shortly thereafter became a traditional place for newlyweds to make a wish and throw a coin into a cup.  

Today this is a popular meeting spot for couples, to take wedding photos and to even propose marriage itself. Recently the city authorities banned the fastening of locks here, a popular ritual on wedding days, because they impede the surrounding views of the late classicist architecture. As an alternative, newlyweds have started planting "trees of love." But the place is still symbolic and lovers come here to kiss and spin around on the grass in anticipation of a happy future together. The gazebo of love is one of the best places in Yaroslavl to view the Volga.
