Take in the sights and sounds of Marina del Rey, Los Angeles aboard this modern, American-built Carver yacht. This boat’s spacious 40 ft feature three decks for entertaining: Interior & Cockpit, Flybridge, and Foredeck. Her expansive open boat cabin features large salon windows and plush seating in two separate interior areas.  The dining area adjacent to the galley seats six for dinner. Farther aft, the salon features a settee and matching armchairs.  Outside, a large boat cockpit features a Euro-style transom door and integral swim platform.

The roomy Flybridge seats 6 guests comfortably, and can be open or completely enclosed with stratoglass to protect you from the elements.  Feel free to relax up front on the custom foredeck cushions to take in the seabreeze.  Enjoy your favorite tunes wherever you go, as each area of the yacht enjoys a bluetooth connected central stereo system.

3 Hours - $890

Cruise Marina del Rey, harbor, Venice, Santa Monica, and see from a distance the striking cliffs of Malibu. If you have a specific request for route, just let your captain know. Regardless, we will be sure to show you the best scenery based on the day's conditions. You'll be extremely comfortable with multiple lounging areas on the yacht, including a high view flybridge and a comfortable bow cushion seating area. Connect your music with bluetooth to our sound system and set the vibe to your preference. Your crew will be there to provide the full luxury experience, with optional stewardess onboard to serve your refreshments and assist you as needed. The captain will be constantly on the lookout for wildlife and dolphins, of which there are many in the Santa Monica Bay!

4 Hours - $1090

A little longer to cruise, relax, swim, party, and enjoy! If you'd like to swim, we recommend a 4 hour charter. We can take you to one of multiple great swimming areas depending on the day's conditions. This might be near the Santa Monica Pier, or Playa del Rey Beach. Paddle boards and floaties are included on request!

6 Hours - Malibu Voyage - $1800

Offered April - October. Cruise to Malibu for an epic yacht day! Anchoring locations may be in front of Carbon Beach, or Paradise Cove. This is the best place in the Santa Monica Bay to enjoy the sea and sunshine. You'll have a beautiful coastal cruise to begin, passing the beaches of Venice, Santa Monica, and the Pacific Palisades. After arriving in Malibu, the captain will find a stunning cliffside protected anchorage. You'll anchor the yacht, throw out the paddle boards and floaties, and enjoy a couple hours of relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, and paddleboarding! Hope for dolphins on the way home!

Catalina Full Day Trip - $3900

Offered April - October. Visit the premier destination for Southern California boating! Choose either an Avalon town day, or take the yacht to secluded coves like Emerald Bay and others in the north of the island. In Avalon, wander the tiny streets with shopping and dining, or rent a golf cart to explore! Scuba dive the famous Avalon underwater park, or take a safari to view the famous Catalina buffalo. If you prefer to enjoy the boat all day, we'll go to Emerald Bay for the crystal clear water and great snorkeling! Paddle boards included to enjoy the calm bays, or sunbathe on the bow! I rarely find such genuine care and comfort from the beginning of the process to the end – I felt very taken care of and valued. In addition, the party was better than I expected! The service was amazing, the food was outstanding – I am still getting comments even months after – my guests are still telling me what a great time they had and asking when are we going to do it again! All of my guests (and me too) loved cruising into the sunset with cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres on the sky deck, dining at dusk with the great cafe lighting that Asdruval Party Rentals provided and then dancing the night away to awesome music by Brad at Rhythm City!

My cousins rented a Yacht for my Aunt’s 70th birthday party. We launched from Marina Del Ray and the boat did a loop around the marina for 5 hours. It goes by pretty fast especially since you’ll be enjoying dinner, entertainment, and when available, the open bar. The staff were amazing and the bartender kept up with all the orders with no hiccup. Years ago, my other cousin had a reception on another type of Yacht for their wedding reception. Maybe one day I’ll throw something on a Yacht and invite my closest friends. I think this is a better way to throw a special party than the usual land locked location.

I had my 50th birthday party on October 27th 2017. Erin was my party planner she made sure everything ran smoothly I had no worries. The decorations were beautiful I had a gatsby-themed party. I wish I could name everyone who helped on the yacht. I had 130 guess on the DANDEANA yacht all my guests were attended to no problems. The food was delicious the drinks were great the service was fabulous. This is my second yacht charter with this company and they never seem to fail me. Thank you everyone who helped for me to have a grand 50th birthday even the ones behind the scenes, I appreciate you all I’ll see you at my next event thank you everyone. Captain was great; thank you Jeffrey for greeting everyone. The casino on board was perfect, my band was great, my DJ was great. Thanks again I will never forget this day.

We held my Mom’s 70th birthday here on 1028 and we had an amazing time. The boat was gorgeous, very clean, modern and elegant. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Our planner, Erin, was very helpful. She was flexible and accommodated all of my needs, and gave great advice given her experience. I would absolutely recommend this boat for any of your parties.

Went on a sunset cruise with a group of friends on an incredible Winter So Cal afternoon that did not disappoint. Valter and his wife Nicole were super accommodating and lived up to the hostess with the mostest saying. First, the catamaran is a beautiful 42ft vessel that had clean bathrooms, a big hang out area in the galley if you get cold, a nice outdoor lounge area on the back of the catamaran where we spent a lot of time living life to the fullest. The front of the catamaran has two nets where you can literally look down into the clear blue sea, take in that salty air and if you are lucky like we were you can take view dolphins swimming right underneath us. Our 3 hour cruise ended with a gorgeous sunset that wrapped an afternoon we will never forget. Thank you Valter & Nicole for making our experience first class. Can’t wait to tell all our friends and come back for another voyage. Maybe Catalina next time!

• All reservations must be done over the telephone by calling 310-306-4444 using a MasterCard or Visa; or in person using cash, MasterCard, or Visa.
• A $500 damage deposit is required on the day of rental.  Visa or MasterCard only, NO CASH, NO DEBIT CARD, NO AMEX accepted for damage deposit.
• A 2-hour minimum rental is required on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays year-round.
• A 2-hour minimum rental is required Wednesday-Friday from May 1 - October 31.
• A 1.5-hour minimum rental is required during those times when a 2-hour minimum is not required.
• We reserve the right to increase the minimum rental period during busy times (most holidays, weekends, and busy weekdays) as well as those times when we are short-staffed.
• A 50%  deposit is required at the time of reservation on rentals of 3 or more hours.
• A 7-day notice is required for any changes or cancellations to the reservation of 3 or more hours or you will forfeit your 50% rental deposit.
• A 24-hour notice is required for any changes or cancellations to the reservation of less than 3 hours. If 24-hour notice is not given to reservations of less than 3 hours, you will be charged 50% of the rental price. 
• A 50% up-charge applies to more than one Duffy rented at the same time by the same party, friends, or company. In addition, a 14 day cancel/change policy applies

Los clientes que residen en Estados Unidos, en territorios de Estados Unidos o Canadá Los clientes que residan en Estados Unidos, territorios de Estados Unidos o en Canadá deben presentar una licencia de conducir válida, emitida por el Gobierno, que no esté vencida y que incluya una fotografía del cliente.  No se aceptan licencias digitales.  La licencia del conductor debe ser válida durante todo el período de alquiler. Los miembros de las Fuerzas Armadas de Estados Unidos que se encuentren en servicio activo pueden presentar una licencia de conducir vencida de su estado de origen en virtud de las siguientes condiciones: • Deben presentar también una identificación de servicio militar activo, y • Cumplir con la política de extensión militar del estado en el que se emitió la licencia.  Estas políticas varían según el estado, por lo que se les recomienda a los clientes verificar con el Departamento de Vehículos Motorizados correspondiente, a fin de obtener más información. Los clientes que viajen a Estados Unidos y Canadá desde otros países deben presentar lo siguiente: • Su licencia de conducir del país de origen es válida, no ha expirado e incluye una fotografía y • Si dicha licencia está en otro idioma que no sea inglés (o francés, para los alquileres en Canadá) y las letras corresponden al inglés (es decir, alemán, español, etc.), se recomienda presentar un permiso de conducir internacional, aunque no es obligatorio, para fines de traducción, además de la licencia del país de origen.  • Si dicha licencia no está en inglés y las letras no corresponden al inglés (es decir, si el alfabeto no es una extensión del alfabeto latino, como en el caso del alemán o del español, sino que se trata de ruso, japonés, árabe, etc.), es obligatorio presentar un permiso de conducir internacional. • Si no se puede obtener un permiso de conducir internacional en el país de origen, se puede sustituir por una traducción profesional escrita.  En cualquier caso, también es obligatorio presentar la licencia del país de origen. • Los clientes no pueden alquilar un vehículo solamente con el permiso de conducir internacional.  El permiso de conducir internacional es una traducción de la licencia de conducir otorgada por el país de origen del individuo y no se considera como una licencia ni como una identificación válida. • Es posible que en algunas oficinas de Estados Unidos y Canadá se les solicite a los clientes que no tengan una licencia de conducir estadounidense o canadiense que proporcionen documentación adicional válida emitida por el Gobierno.  Entre algunos ejemplos de estos documentos se incluyen un pasaporte válido. • Puede que a los clientes con licencia de conducir de México se les solicite presentar una tarjeta de registro de votante mexicano válida. Además, es posible que se requiera documentación de los viajes de ida y vuelta.

Otros requisitos • No se aceptan fotocopias de las licencias de conducir • No se aceptan “permisos de aprendiz”. • No se aceptan licencias que, en la parte frontal, restrinjan al titular al uso y operación de un vehículo equipado con un alcoholímetro o un instrumento similar. • Se pueden rechazar las licencias de conducir temporales si la oficina de alquiler no puede verificar de otro modo la identidad del cliente ni la autenticidad de dicha licencia temporal.  Es posible que se solicite una identificación adicional emitida por el Gobierno.

Política de vanes para 12 y 15 pasajeros para TODOS LOS ESTADOS:

Los arrendatarios de estos vehículos deben tener 25 años de edad como mínimo. Si el conductor principal de este vehículo tiene 25 años de edad o más, debe aceptar los términos y condiciones que aparecen a continuación. Para el alquiler de este tipo de vehículo, se aplican los siguientes términos, además de aquellos establecidos en el Contrato de alquiler. Lee esta información antes de realizar tu reserva.

La van no se puede operar ni utilizar en Canadá.

La van no cumple con las Normas de seguridad federales para autobuses y no se utilizará para el transporte de menores que cursen el último año de secundaria o cursos inferiores, que no sean miembros de la familia, para funciones relacionadas con la escuela.

Términos y condiciones adicionales si se alquila en California

Cada conductor de la van deberá poseer la licencia de conducir necesaria para operar la van, según el estado organizativo y de utilización de la empresa de alquiler.

Si la van se utiliza para el transporte de pasajeros con fines de alquiler o lucro, o es utilizada por cualquier organización o grupo sin fines de lucro, todos los conductores del vehículo deberán poseer una licencia válida de clase B con una certificación de transporte de pasajeros.

Si la van se utiliza en cualquier escuela pública o privada, o distrito escolar (incluida cualquier universidad comunitaria o estatal de California), según las regulaciones de la Sección 39800.5 del Código de educación o la Sección 10326.1 del Código de contratos públicos, todos los conductores del vehículo deberán poseer una licencia válida de clase B con una certificación de transporte de pasajeros.

Términos y condiciones adicionales si se alquila en Connecticut, Nueva Jersey, Nueva York y Vermont

Todos los arrendatarios y conductores adicionales deben contar con un seguro contra colisión, integral y de responsabilidad civil verificable.

Las vanes no podrán utilizarse para el transporte de personas que no sean miembros de la familia que cursen el último año de secundaria o cursos inferiores.

Para alquilar una van para 12 o 15 pasajeros en Nueva York, Vermont y el aeropuerto de Newark, es necesario contar con una tarjeta de crédito principal para hacer el depósito.

Si se alquila en Nueva Jersey, es posible que se solicite una tarjeta de crédito principal. Los arrendatarios deben comunicarse con la sucursal antes de hacer una reserva para obtener los requisitos de pago

Términos y condiciones adicionales si se alquila en Rhode Island

Todos los arrendatarios y los conductores adicionales deben contar con un seguro de responsabilidad civil que cubra una van para transporte de pasajeros grande.

Para acceder a una póliza de automóviles comerciales, el arrendatario o conductor debe contar con una cobertura de responsabilidad civil por un mínimo de USD 1,000,000 que cubra una van para transporte de pasajeros grande.

Cobertura de efectos personales

La cobertura de efectos personales (PEC) se ofrece al momento del alquiler por un cargo diario adicional. Si se acepta, la PEC contenida en la póliza asegura contra riesgos de pérdida o daño de los efectos personales del arrendatario, de los conductores adicionales o de cualquier persona que viaje con el arrendatario. Los beneficios se pagan adicionalmente a cualquier otra cobertura de seguro que puedan tener el arrendatario o los pasajeros. Esto es solo un resumen. La PEC está sujeta a las disposiciones, limitaciones y exclusiones de la póliza de PEC suscrita por Empire Fire and Marine Insurance Company en Estados Unidos. La compra de la PEC es opcional y no es un requisito para alquilar un auto. La cobertura que otorga la PEC podría duplicar la cobertura existente del arrendatario. Enterprise no está calificada para evaluar la idoneidad de la cobertura existente del arrendatario, por lo tanto, el arrendatario debe examinar sus pólizas de seguro personal u otras fuentes de cobertura que pudieran duplicar la cobertura que proporciona la PEC. Según el estado de la oficina donde se alquile el vehículo, la tarifa de PEC varía de $5.99 a $8.19 por día; los vehículos con capacidad para 10 personas o más tendrán un rango de $7.99 a $15.67 por día.

Protección de asistencia en el camino

El arrendatario puede adquirir la Protección de asistencia en el camino (RAP) del Propietario por una tarifa adicional. Cuando el Arrendatario adquiere RAP, el Propietario accede, sin perjuicio de las acciones que invalidan la Exención de responsabilidad por daños, a eximir contractualmente al Arrendatario de la responsabilidad por el costo de proporcionar asistencia en el camino las 24 horas del día, los siete días de la semana (donde esté disponible), lo que incluye el reemplazo de llaves perdidas (incluidos los dispositivos de entrada remota), servicio de inflación de neumáticos (si no hay ningún repuesto inflado disponible, el vehículo será remolcado. El costo del neumático de reemplazo no está cubierto por RAP), servicio de bloqueo (si las llaves quedan dentro del vehículo), servicio de arranques forzados y suministro de combustible de hasta 3 galones (o el equivalente en litros) de combustible si el vehículo se queda sin combustible. Los servicios de Protección de asistencia en el camino solo están disponibles en Estados Unidos y Canadá. Si el Arrendatario no adquiere RAP, o si RAP no es válido por lo establecido anteriormente, la asistencia en el camino estará disponible, pero se aplicarán cargos estándar. Requisitos de alquiler

REQUISITOS DEL ARRENDATARIO Y POLÍTICAS DE FORMAS DE PAGO POLÍTICA DE REQUISITOS DEL ARRENDATARIO Todos los arrendatarios y conductores adicionales deben tener 21 años o más.  Todos los arrendatarios deben tener una licencia de conducir válida y una tarjeta de crédito o débito principal a su nombre. Las personas con permisos de aprendiz o de instrucción no pueden alquilar. Esto es solo un resumen. Para obtener más detalles, consulta la Política de información sobre licencias de conducir.   EDAD   A todos los conductores de entre 21 y 24 años se les cobrará un recargo para menores de $25 por día. Los arrendatarios de entre 21 y 24 años pueden alquilar las siguientes clases de vehículos: autos de económicos a grandes, vehículos de carga y minivanes, y vehículos utilitarios deportivos (SUV) compactos, pequeños y estándar con capacidad para hasta 5 pasajeros.   TARJETA DE DÉBITO    Se aceptan tarjetas de débito en el momento de realizar el alquiler bajo las siguientes condiciones:  • El nombre y la dirección que aparecen en la licencia de conducir del arrendatario deben coincidir con su dirección actual.  • La dirección debe estar en un rango de 80 kilómetros de la sucursal de alquiler, O BIEN la licencia de conducir del arrendatario debe ser del mismo estado en el que se ubica la sucursal de alquiler.  • Los arrendatarios deben presentar dos de los siguientes documentos, los cuales deben indicar el domicilio actual del arrendatario: una factura de servicio público, una factura de teléfono celular, un cheque o comprobante de pago, o una página de declaración original de una póliza de seguro de auto activa.  Las facturas de servicios públicos, las facturas de teléfonos celulares y los cheques o comprobantes de pago deben ser originales y con fecha de emisión de hasta 30 días.   • El personal militar de servicio activo está exento de los requisitos de dirección. Además del cónyuge o la pareja de hecho del arrendatario, no se permiten otros conductores adicionales. Los arrendatarios que utilicen una tarjeta de débito pueden alquilar las siguientes clases de vehículos: autos de económicos a grandes, vehículos de carga y minivanes, y vehículos utilitarios deportivos (SUV) compactos, pequeños y estándar con capacidad para hasta 5 pasajeros.  Si se utiliza una tarjeta de débito para cualquier monto adeudado, los fondos disponibles en la cuenta asociada con la tarjeta de débito del arrendatario se reducirán por dichos montos.  Además, el arrendatario es responsable de cualquier gasto por sobregiro. VERIFICACIÓN DEL SEGURO En el momento del alquiler, el arrendatario debe proporcionar evidencia de una póliza de colisión, integral y de responsabilidad de vehículo transferible para las siguientes clases de vehículos: Sedán de lujo grande, sedán prémium de lujo, sedán deportivo de lujo mediano, sedán eléctrico de lujo, SUV de lujo prémium, SUV extendido de lujo, SUV eléctrico de lujo, van limusina y Corvette. POLÍTICA DE FORMAS DE PAGO  Se aceptan los siguientes métodos de pago para el alquiler.  VISA® MasterCard® American Express® Discover Network® Tarjeta de débito El total estimado del alquiler en la pantalla Revisar y reservar o en la confirmación de la reserva enviada por correo electrónico se cargará a la forma de pago proporcionada por el arrendatario.  Si se modifica el alquiler como está reservado, el monto total estimado del alquiler puede cambiar, y se seguirá cobrando a la forma de pago proporcionada por el arrendatario. En el momento del alquiler, el arrendatario firmará un contrato de alquiler (el “Contrato”) que se aplica al alquiler e incluye un Resumen del acuerdo de alquiler y los Términos y condiciones adicionales. 

MONTO DEL DEPÓSITO

Para tener en cuenta la posibilidad de que el arrendatario incurra en montos adicionales adeudados en virtud del Contrato, el arrendatario deberá proporcionar un depósito de $300 o $850 para las siguientes clases de vehículos en el momento del alquiler: SUV eléctrico de lujo, sedán eléctrico elite grande, sedán deportivo de lujo mediano, sedán prémium de lujo, sedán eléctrico de lujo, SUV de lujo prémium, SUV extendido de lujo, van limusina y Corvette se requerirán al arrendatario al momento del alquiler.   

INFORMACIÓN ADICIONAL  El arrendatario debe utilizar una forma de pago mencionada anteriormente para el monto del depósito.  El monto del depósito quedará a disposición del arrendatario o le será reembolsado al arrendatario después de que haya devuelto el vehículo. Si el arrendatario incurre en montos adeudados adicionales en virtud del Contrato, esos montos adicionales se pueden deducir del monto del depósito del arrendatario, si corresponde.  Si esos montos adicionales no se deducen del monto del depósito, si corresponde, se cobrarán a la forma de pago que el arrendatario proporcione en el momento del alquiler, a menos que el arrendatario proporcione una forma de pago diferente de las mencionadas anteriormente a la que se cobrará. Si se utiliza una tarjeta de débito para cualquiera de los montos mencionados anteriormente, los fondos disponibles en la cuenta asociada con la tarjeta de débito del arrendatario se reducirán por dichos montos.  Además, el arrendatario es responsable de cualquier gasto por sobregiro. Los giros postales y las tarjetas prepagas no son formas de pago aceptables en el momento del alquiler, ni siquiera para el monto del depósito, pero se pueden utilizar para pagar cualquier monto adeudado al final del alquiler después de que el vehículo se haya devuelto.  No se acepta efectivo. Además de una de las formas de pago mencionadas anteriormente, las tarjetas de crédito con suficiente crédito disponible que se incluyan en el perfil del arrendatario o en la cuenta de fidelización (Emerald Club, E Club, etc.) se aceptarán como pago para todos los montos adeudados en virtud del Contrato. Todos los montos adeudados por el arrendatario en virtud del Contrato se enviarán (a) como una autorización para ser una retención y, en última instancia, se cobrarán a la tarjeta de crédito o débito del arrendatario, o (b) se cobrarán a la tarjeta de débito del arrendatario. Protección de responsabilidad complementaria

La Protección de responsabilidad complementaria (SLP) para esta sucursal es de $8.75 por día. - La Protección de responsabilidad complementaria (SLP) se ofrece en el momento del alquiler por un cargo diario adicional. De ser aceptada, la SLP les proporciona al arrendatario y a los conductores autorizados hasta $300,000 de límite único combinado para reclamos por responsabilidad civil ante terceros. Si el arrendatario acepta la SLP, Enterprise le brindará protección por responsabilidad civil ante terceros hasta el límite de responsabilidad financiera mínima aplicable y Zurich American Insurance Company le brindará el excedente de cobertura del seguro por responsabilidad civil ante terceros desde el límite de responsabilidad financiera mínima aplicable hasta $300,000. Esto es solo un resumen. La SLP se encuentra sujeta a los términos, las condiciones, las disposiciones, las limitaciones y las exclusiones de la póliza de excedente de seguro de responsabilidad de alquiler complementaria suscrita por Zurich American Insurance Company. La compra de la SLP es opcional y no es un requisito para alquilar un auto. La cobertura que otorga la SLP podría duplicar la cobertura existente del arrendatario. Enterprise no está calificada para evaluar la idoneidad de la cobertura existente del arrendatario; por lo tanto, el arrendatario debe examinar sus pólizas de seguro personal u otras fuentes de cobertura que pudieran duplicar la cobertura que proporciona la SLP.
