• Karen H. November 6, 2021, 8:14 am I will find it hard to want to go back!!! Joyce a manager at the night time bingo was very unprofessional towards me on Friday night nov.5th. I was in line to get my bingo cards and she was very harsh when telling me (not asking me) to put my face mask up over my noise. Ok what ever I did what I was told. Then while I was in the middle of a game she came up to me again and got after me about the mask. I told her that I was eating the food i got from the snack bar and playing my card at the sa me time. That was not good enough for her she insisted that I hang the mask from my ear while I was eating. By this time I missed the numbers for the game I was playing. I totally understand about the mask and I am more than willing to abide by the rules how ever when I saw other people not having there mask on when they were eating and the snack bar people were not wereing the mask in the way that the manager was telling me to do I find that to be harassment. I felt like she was on me. If it is good for 1 it's good for everyone. I really can't say that I would be back any time soon. … – show 0 0 Reply

I came out here with a friend and her fiance who have been here a couple of times before. Bingo typically tends to draw an older crowd and we were some of the younger ones here (and I'm not young). Some of the regulars came up to us to inquire/warn us about if it was our first time there and some of the rules/recommendations, etc. Some of the regulars seemed to be welcoming whereas others were clearly perturbed by our presence. They take their bingo very seriously here. They have electronic and paper cards. Nevertheless, it was still a bit of fun. Maybe next visit, I will relax a bit more and just enjoy myself and not worry about some of the regulars. … – show 0 0 Reply

The main building, designed as a riverboat, is 5,350 square feet (seats 750 people) and hosts 10 bingo sessions each week. At age 40 I am pretty sure I was the youngest person in the room for Tuesday matinee bingo. That was not an issue. The staff was extremely friendly and so were the other players. I didn't win anything but that is the norm when playing bingo. The proceeds from here go to the homeless which is nice to know you are helping to support the less fortunate. I would return again. Hopefully my wife will be willing to play lol

My friends and I have been there about a dozen times and it's great. The people are friendly, and it's really a mix of all ages. Be careful though, because it gets addicting! We go once or twice a week every week now and we love it!

Played here last week- was fun! Staff is super friendly and the proceeds went to a homeless shelter and soup kitchens. My hubby had never played bingo before but he enjoyed himself and wants to go back before we end our vacation

Good time. My husband and I have gone there for a date night and had alot of fun. The snack shop was yummy too!

Love playing here! Staff is very nice, and will help you through if it is your first time! Clean place to relax and yell BINGO!! Although I haven't actually won yet...lol! But I will!!! ;)

highly recommend the riverboat bingo in surprise. friendly staff, good value for your buck. they take the time to assist new players and make you feel welcome. the profits go for a great cause.
