Heesen motor yacht Lady Li for sale

The 49.6 metre Heesen motor yacht Lady Li has been listed for sale by Konstantin Kolpakov at Arcon Yachts .

Built in steel and aluminium by Dutch yard Heesen Yachts to a design by Clifford Denn , she was delivered in 2015 and went on to be a nominee at the 2016 World Superyacht Awards. An interior by Reymond Langton with strong Art Deco elements accommodates 10 guests in five cabins comprising a main deck master suite, three doubles and a twin, all with entertainment centres, television screens and en suite bathroom facilities.

The main saloon is designed for entertaining, with an intimate seating area adjoining a bar built of macassar and backlit onyx. Extending aft through sliding glass panels, it visually and thematically links the interior to the aft deck.

Forward, an elegant dining area is anchored by a three-tiered rectangular crystal chandelier, which contrasts with the planked floor below, while an ebonised tray ceiling detail and macassar window frames establish the homage to squares in the design.

The upper deck saloon is subdued, with parchment wall panels. Here the dark/light contrast is downplayed to serve as a backdrop to the views through windows on three sides. The bar, instead of being a focal point, is tucked against the forward bulkhead.

But she is far more than a pretty face. On sea trials before delivery the yacht exceeded the contractual speed by 0.6 knots, reaching a top speed of 15.6 knots on a pair of 1,300hp MTU 8V4000 M63 diesel engines.

Description of LADY LI 50m Heesen

Heesen 50m project is a result of more than three years of effective cooperation of the famous Dutch shipyard and brokerage company Arcon Yachts, which carried out all the comprehensive maintenance and management of the project at all stages of design and construction. 

The exterior design of M/Y LADY LI created by Clifford Denn is absolutely unique because of almost complete customization and thoughtful attention of designers to the smallest details: starting from the shape of the mast and the soft contours of the hull, and ending up with a special form of handrails. The general style of the yacht LADY LI is both classical and classy, elegant and brutal.

There are 5 guest cabins on board of the yacht LADY LI: 4 cabins on the lower deck are for guests, and then upper on the main deck there is the Owner's suite. One of the most distinctive features of Heesen 50 m project is a very large beach club with a bar, a hammam and fitness equipment in the stern of the vessel, as well as non-standard storage location for tender and water toys in the garage and in the forward part of the main deck. The hull of the 50m yacht is painted in customized Dark Night Blue color, designed specifically for this yacht.

Motor yacht LADY LI could really boast of her incomparable interior, designed and realized by famous designer bureau Raymond Langton Design. She is amazing for charter! If you try to describe in a few words the interior aesthetics this ambitious new displacement yacht project is a smart and subtle reinterpretation of Art Deco style. LADY LI is decorated with countless stone mosaics, exquisite selection of marbles, with all guest areas fully finished in walnut and Macassar ebony. There are diverse art elements throughout the yacht, including a huge chandelier over the dining table on the main deck, luxurious panels on the lower deck and huge sculpture, towering in the stairwell from the lower deck to the top.

Moreover, technical solutions applied on the yacht Heesen 50m, such as extra-wide doorways and stairwells, traditionally used on the yachts of a much larger size, create a feeling of astonishing spaciousness and comfort on board.

Built in 2012, Lady L offers beautifully proportioned decks for exquisite indoor/outdoor living during a luxury yacht charter .

Guest Accommodation

Lady L offers guest accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising a master suite located on the main deck, two VIP cabins and two twin cabins. There are 6 beds in total, including 4 king and 2 singles. She is also capable of carrying up to 8 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht charter experience.

Onboard Comfort & Entertainment

A charter on Lady L is comfortable and convenient thanks to the provided amenities, notably a deck jacuzzi, perfect to enjoy the scenery with your favourite drink in hand.

Take advantage of the on board Wi-Fi and stay connected at all times plus you can stay comfortable on board whatever the weather, with air conditioning during your charter.

Performance & Range

Built with a aluminium hull and aluminium superstructure, she benefits from a semi-displacement hull to provide exceptional seakeeping and impressive speeds. Powered by twin MTU engines, she comfortably cruises at 18 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 26 knots with a range of up to 3,200 nautical miles from her 69,000 litre fuel tanks at 12 knots. An advanced stabilisation system on board reduces the side-to-side roll of the yacht and promises guests exceptional comfort levels at anchor or when underway.

When not cruising Lady L has onboard an incredible selection of water toys and accessories for you and your guests to connect with the waters around you. You'll be loving the huge adrenaline rush as you zip over the water on one of the two Seadoo WaveRunners. Additionally, there are towable toys offering fun and adventure. Another excellent feature are waterskis that are hugely entertaining whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro. If that isn't enough Lady L also features a seabob, wakeboards, kayaks, scuba diving equipment and inflatable water toys. When it comes to Tenders, Lady L has you covered - with two tenders, including a 6.4m/21' Castoldi Jet Tender.

Delivered in 2015, she was designed by Clifford Denn and features a host of bespoke details including her Dark Night Blue hull, a shade which was created especially for this stunning yacht. Incredibly spacious for a yacht in her size range, LADY LI’s open decks are more than matched by her expansive interior.

LADY LI can welcome up to ten guests onboard overnight across her five staterooms. She also has accommodation on the lower deck for her dedicated ten-person crew.

The masculine exterior design of LADY LI (ex Ann G) comes from Clifford Denn . Reymond Langton is responsible for the Art Deco interior design. Heesen constructed her hull in steel and her superstructure in aluminum.

The owner’s suite is forward on the main deck. That area has a private office, a full beam bedroom with ensuite bathroom and his and hers dressing room.

LADY LI has also a sky lounge on the bridge deck and a beach club with gym, multipurpose spaces, steam room, bar and a seating area.
