Motor yacht Pandion (ex Daloli, AA Absolute, Teeth, La Bella 2) is a 36.58m (120') Heesen yacht built in 1995 and refitted in 2007 and 2012.

Pandion features modern styling and offers a spacious interior design. Pandion received a total refurbishment in 2007, which included a full interior refit as well as a full mechanical refit. She also received a refit in 2012 and is looking better than ever. Her modern salon is comfortable yet ultra modern with low couches to port and starboard and a central stairway forward that is a striking and prominent feature. The stairwell from the main salon incorporates a charcoal burled wood veneer, stainless and Lucite handrails.

The Superyacht Pandion can accommodate up to 9 guests in four luxurious staterooms including a master cabin, 2 queen bedded VIP cabins and one twin cabin with single beds.

Pandion (ex Daloli, AA Absolute, Teeth, La Bella 2) was built by the famous Heesen shipyards in Holland for the Royal Family of the Sultan of Brunei.

The impressive collection includes two Williams tenders, a jet ski, three Seabobs, a fliteboard, water skis, wake board, kayaks, paddleboards, a swimming pool, inflatable pyramid with slide, a trampoline and three floating pontoons for endless amounts of fun on the water.

Heading up to the main deck cockpit aft, guests will find a lounge area with plenty of seating, leading through to the bright and open main saloon which features a well-stocked bar, stylish seating and a satellite TV for entertainment. The galley and first floor of the Master cabin are also accessible from the main deck.

On the upper deck aft, there is a gorgeous alfresco dining and entertaining area with an additional sofa, leading inside to a formal dining area when guests wish to dine indoors. The wheelhouse is located amidship and forward of this, guests will find a well-equipped gym area with free weights and a TECHNOGYM multifunction weight machine, which leads out to the impressive jacuzzi-pool and lounge area.

Last but not least is the sun deck, where guests can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the ocean and shoreline. There are generous sun pads aft, with a shaded dining and bar area amidship and further sunbeds on the foredeck.

Captain - Wesley Walker Wesley comes from Cape Town South Africa. After completing 3 years of studies in Hotel Management he moved to London and started working in various high-class hotels. Soon after he left and moved to Sunny Mallorca in 2002 where he started his yachting career. He has been sailing extensively through the Mediterranean, the Red Sea as well as the Caribbean. Mallorca has been home for more than 22 years and loves the Balearic island he calls home. Wesley has a huge passion for high-end service due to his past studies and always wants to make sure the guests get the best possible service. Wesley has recently taken over Command of Pandion Pearl and he is very much looking forward to a successful charter season ahead Chief Officer - Marco Swanepoel Marco was born in Sunny South Africa and has been in the yachting industry for over seven years. His love for the ocean pulled him towards it from a very young age and he began racing various sized boats and jet skis. Whilst travelling the world on delivery voyages of sail boats, he discovered his love for working at sea and then began his career in the superyacht industry. A self-declared ‘water baby’, Marco loves all water sports, especially where speed is involved! Curtis’s upbringing in various coastal regions has instilled in him a deep love for the sea and a natural affinity for life onboard a yacht. Chief Stewardess - Aisza Kolodziejczyk Aisza was born in Warsaw, Poland and has a Masters degree in Psychology from Warsaw University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Most expenses are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), a fund that is added on top of the charter price. The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption). You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled). Your PANDION PEARL yacht charter can accommodate up to 12 guests across five suites. The exceptional master suite spans three decks and covers 147 square metres. Designed as a private apartment, it boasts its own outdoor space with a private pool.

The rest of the accommodation lies on the lower deck and comprises two VIPs and two twins with an additional Pullman berth in each.

The forward sun deck of the PANDION PEARL motor yacht boasts a dedicated sunbathing area with sun loungers to stretch across. When you get thirsty or feel like a snack, you can head back to the shaded table amidships and grab something from the bar. Head aft to find sun pads you can lay across to top up your tan or sink into more comfortable seating.

There’s additional space to sunbathe at the beach club, which is home to even more comfortable sun beds, a lounge with a bar that’s stocked with ice-cold refreshments, and fold-down balconies that open it up on all three sides.

The main deck aft is another highlight of the PANDION PEARL yacht. The spacious exterior lounge includes a giant sofa that lines the aft railings and leads to the main salon via sliding glass doors. Inside, you’ll find a bright and open main salon with a well-stocked bar, stylish seating and satellite TV for chilled-out evenings.

The upper aft deck offers a wonderful space for entertaining, with an alfresco dining area and a lounge. If you’d prefer to dine indoors, you can step through the sliding glass doors to find a formal dining area.

You’ll be able to stay active on the PANDION PEARL yacht thanks to a well-equipped gym area on the upper deck. It leads to an impressive forward deck area, where you can sip a cool drink on the sofa or relax your tight muscles with a soak in the Jacuzzi pool before flopping onto the surrounding sun pads to dry off in the sun.

Coffee lovers are turning their backs on Starbucks — and there’s no easy fix for the coffee giant to restore the lost love.

According to a report published Friday by the Wall Street Journal , customers are tired of the rising costs, long wait times, and what some view as the company’s bad political takes.

The onslaught cost Starbucks a 6% drop in US orders in the quarter ended June 30.

For Dan Palmer, the skyrocketing price is no longer worth his daily mango dragonfruit refresher.

“The prices have gone up — a lot,” the 66-year-old Chicago suburbanite told the WSJ, pointing out that each cup costs upward of $6.

“It’s not a deal in any sense of the word.”

Palmer is not the only one who has consciously stopped eating out in the face of a looming recession — nearly 40% of consumers reported spending less on takeout, according to a survey by Revenue Management Solutions. 

Many others are turning toward cheaper competition.

Brad Pearl, of Spokane, Washington was a dedicated Starbucks customer until the high prices and long waits became too much. Now he frequents a local coffee shop with cheaper options, saving him roughly $150 per month.

“It’s really a luxury,” Pearl said of the cost.

Those who were willing to fork over the money have been turned off by another nuisance: long wait times, despite mobile ordering.

In 2024, more than 30% of customers reported waiting as long as 15 minutes for their order, with some even sitting around for up to half an hour, a survey by Technomic Ignite Consumer shows.

Even former Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz admitted there was a failure in the mobile ordering system, which filters 30% of business.

“Everyone shows up, and all of a sudden we’ve got a mosh pit, and that’s not Starbucks,” Schultz said on the “Acquired” podcast in June . 

Starbucks has tried to entice former customers back to the chain through a flurry of discount offers and promotions, as well as restructuring workflow for faster output, but the company has little wriggle room for the culture firestorm it has repeatedly found itself in.

The chain was once criticized for not explicitly referencing Christmas on his red holiday cups, a move politicians like Donald Trump claimed was anti-Christian, while left-leaning leaders accused Starbucks of financially supporting Israel — both of which Schulz adamantly said were not true.
