My experience with Tom George Yacht Group has been nothing but professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, transparent and just fun! Like others, we went boat shopping in the middle of the lock down here in St Pete Beach, FL. We hit all the big dealers but knew we had a match when we started working with Eric Aruffo. We literally fell in love with a new EdgeWater 230cc – with so many clever design features. But there just wasn’t much inventory (also due to the factory closing for a couple months). CLEARWATER, Fla. (CBS12) — A 50-foot yacht caught fire on Saturday in Clearwater Harbor.

The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) stated that a good samaritan brought two boaters from the yacht to the Clearwater Harbor Marina to report the fire and meet emergency medical services.

After the fire was reported, the USCG and partners began to put the fire out.

Two Clearwater residents rescued from yacht fire

CLEARWATER, Fla. — Two Clearwater residents had to be rescued from a yacht on Saturday morning after it caught fire, officials said.

Clearwater Fire and Rescue, the Clearwater Police Department and multiple other agencies responded to the yacht fire just before 5 a.m., officials said.

The yacht was just west of Coachman Park and north of the Memorial Causeway bridge.

Two people on the vessel, who live in Clearwater, were rescued by another boat in the area.

There were no injuries.

The cause of the fire was unknown Saturday morning.

CLEARWATER, Fla. (WPEC) — A 50-foot yacht caught fire on Saturday in Florida's Clearwater Harbor.

The U.S. Coast Guard stated that a good Samaritan brought two boaters from the yacht to the Clearwater Harbor Marina to report the fire and meet emergency medical services.

After the fire was reported, the USCG and partners began to put the fire out.

No injuries have been reported at this time.

Rescue crews respond to fire aboard a yacht in Coachman Park waterfront

CLEARWATER, Fla. — Clearwater first responders are working to put out a fire on a yacht floating off of Coachman Park's waterfront Saturday morning.

Officials said two people were on board, but another boat picked them up safely. No one is hurt. 

There is no word on any possible causes at this time.

Two mariners were rescued after a yacht caught on fire in Clearwater Saturday morning.

A U.S. Coast Guard Station Sand Key boat crew assisted in extinguishing a 50-foot yacht fire in Clearwater Harbor.

A good Samaritan reported the fire via a VHF radio channel and transferred two mariners to the Clearwater Harbor Marina for medical assistance.

Details on what prompted the fire were not released.

Two people were rescued from the yacht that was just west of Coachman Park and north of the Memorial Causeway bridge, according to officials.

CLEARWATER, Fla. - Two people were rescued after a yacht caught on fire early Saturday morning, according to authorities.

Clearwater Fire & Rescue, Clearwater Police and multiple other agencies responded to a yacht fire just before 5 a.m. The yacht was located just west of Coachman Park and north of the Memorial Causeway bridge, according to officials.

Two people from Clearwater were rescued by another boat in the area. Authorities say they were not injured.

The cause of the fire is unknown.
