GENERAL DESCRIPTION

2012 Riva 86 Domino " DA ROSE "

Da Rose is the only 86' Riva Domino that features a custom passerelle and interior elevator from the main deck to the lower deck to provide wheel chair accessibility. She has just come out of the yard and has had numerous upgrades in the past few years. A Must See!

Da Rose for Sale is a 86 ft yacht built by Riva in 2012. Currently she is located in Miami and ready for her new owners.

 Boarding vessel from the stern there is a teak decked swim platform with a large custom passerelle that is wheelchair accessible mounted to stbd. A centrally located garage houses a jet tender and wave runner as well as other equipment and cleats are located at the outboard sides of the platform. A Glendenning cable master and handheld shower are located at the stairs to port, and a hydraulic swim ladder is deployed from the aft end of the platform.

 Moving up to the aft deck there is a raised U-shaped beige upholstered settee located at centerline with decorative throw pillows, and two 6-man life rafts located beneath. A forward-facing upholstered bench seat and dining table is located just forward of the settee. Opening lockers at each end of the table provide storage for 4 folding deck chairs for additional seating while dining. Stern cleats and electric warping winches with foot controls are located to port and stbd concealed by flip up fiberglass covers and there are fittings in the deck for drop in poles for a manual aft deck awning that attaches to the aft overhead of the house. There is an opening locker to stbd that houses the aft deck controls with throttle and shifts and bow and stern thruster joysticks, and forward of that are the stairs leading up to the flybridge deck. Opposite to port is an opening locker containing an electric grill and sink, and forward of that is the opening hatch and door leading down to the crew cabins and engine room. There is also engine room access from a hatch in the cockpit deck. All decks are laid in teak and the boat is painted in Champagne Silver.

 Moving down the stairs to the crew area, there is a head and shower located at the foot of the stairs at the fwd bulkhead. On the aft bulkhead to port is a small refrigerator with a single burner cooktop above. Centrally located is the watertight door to the engine room, and to stbd is a storage cabinet with a sink. Forward again are two crew cabins with over/under berths, hanging closets, and stereo and speakers. On the fwd bulkhead to stbd is a stackable Miele washer and dryer and centrally located is a small dinette with custom cabinets above.

 Moving up the stairs to the stbd side of the cockpit is the flybridge deck with a full nav station, upholstered triple bench seat, teak deck, wind screen, sunpad, stainless railings and radar mast, VHF and GPS antennas, and black painted Sat domes.

 Moving forward from the cockpit up the side deck there are high bulwarks with stainless handrails leading to the bow, and large tinted glass windows run the length of the house. All the way forward there are double stainless anchor chutes with stainless anchors, two electric windlasses, and port and stbd opening anchor lockers in the deck. An opening hatch is located centerline of the cabin house and just behind it is a beige upholstered sunpad with headrests. Aft again and forward of the windshield is a U-shaped beige upholstered settee with a dining table. Stereo speakers are located in this area for your listening pleasures along with port and stbd ice boxes for cold drinks. A pop up manual bimini is located behind the settee for sun protection. Aft of the settee are the large tinted glass windshield panels with a search light located above.

 Moving through the sliding glass door into the main salon, the soles are stained Oak, the headliners are gloss white lacquer with multi directional recessed lighting, and the walls are accented in wood with high polished stainless steel and hand stitched leather accents. An overhead panel provides access to the Wifi router. Electric blinds are located throughout the vessel. There is a Taupe velour upholstered couch along the aft bulkhead with an electrohydraulic opening window behind that opens the salon up onto the aft deck, and a wooden coffee table just forward. Couches are located to port and stbd as well. Forward to stbd is a large cabinet containing the elevator to the master cabin and cabinets to port provide storage for dishware and AV equipment including a Marantz stereo system. Centrally located forward is more storage cabinets with hand stitched leather facing and a bulkhead above with a large Mirror that conceals a 65" flatscreen TV behind. Pantograph electric opening doors are located to port and stbd for deck access. A Naviop screen is located forward of the port door for all systems control and monitoring. Forward of the TV is the lower helm station with triple chairs that were custom elevated and storage cabinets beneath along with a fully equipped nav station. There are stairs to port of the helm leading down to the galley and stairs to stbd leading down to the guest accommodations.

 Stepping into the galley there are white Corian countertops with dual sink basins along the fwd bulkhead along with a 4-burner induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, trash compactor. A side by side frig freezer is located to stbd on the aft bulkhead and a microwave, coffee machine, and air fryer are on the countertop to port. Storage cabinets are located above and below the countertops. The Sole is Amtico and the cabinetry and overhead are in high gloss lacquer. The staircase leading down has a leather wrapped railing and wood treads with high polished stainless trim. Courtesy lighting is located beneath each stair.

 Moving down the stbd staircase to the guest area, immediately to stbd is the stbd guest head which can also be accessed from the hallway as a day head. Just forward is the stbd guest cabin with twin side by side berths, hanging closet, flatscreen tv, opening portholes, stereo and speakers, and ensuite head. Opposite is the port guest cabin with queen berth, hanging closet, 24" flatscreen tv, opening portholes, stereo and speakers, and ensuite head. All The way forward is the VIP cabin with queen island berth, port and stbd hanging lockers, flatscreen TV, stereo and speakers, opening portholes, and opening overhead hatch. The carpeted sole in the hallway has hatches that lift up and conceal custom storage shelves underneath. Moving all the way aft and down 3 steps is the beautiful master stateroom with queen berth offset to port and an upholstered couch and coffee table located to stbd. Aft of the couch is the custom elevator to the main salon with removable shelves and hanging bars for when not in use. All The way aft to port is the ensuite master head with double sinks, electric toilet, and a huge shower stall. There are large windows running down both sides of the master that floods the room with natural daylight as well as opening portholes for fresh air. Dimmable column lighting is available to change the ambiance of the cabin at night. Along the forward bulkhead is a large flatscreen TV, Bose entertainment system and a built-in vanity/makeup table.

Fiberglass steps with a teak footboard provide access to the generous swim platform. Stairs on either side of the tender garage lead to the cockpit, replete with plush seating and an al fresco dining table. A fiberglass unit with a sink and a ceramic cooktop encourages open-air cooking, while a further unit with an icemaker and a locker provides tools for mixing up cocktails. A staircase to starboard of the salon entrance leads to the flybridge, which features a plush white sunpad and a forward pilot seat and control station with a further guest seat. Further outdoor space is located on the foredeck, with a C-shaped seating area nestled around a mahogany dining table, and a forward sunpad.

The salon features a spacious open-plan living and a 10-person dining area replete with natural light from glazed windows and a small skylight. The forward helm station features 3 folding upholstered pilot seats, a control station with an upholstered steering wheel, engine instrumentation, electronic reverse gear and engine fuel levers, and a hydraulic steering system. Multifunction displays, and a PC plotter are also close at hand.

Accommodation is below deck across four cabins. The owner’s suite features an upholstered leather platform bed with built-in storage, a mirrored headboard flanked by large, horizontal windows and, opposite the bed, a flatscreen tv. The suite also boasts a fully walk-in wardrobe and a vanity table, as well as an ensuite bathroom. At the bow is a comfortable VIP suite with a further upholstered leather bed with integrated storage, a mirror, wardrobes with courtesy lights, wooden bedside tables on either side, and a wall-mounted TV. To port and to starboard are two twin guest cabins with bedside tables, reading lights, and built-in underbed storage. Each cabin features an ensuite bathroom. Separately accessed crew quarters are located at the stern, with two bunkbeds, a bathroom, a dinette with two sofas, and a lobby with a washer/dryer. The galley is also located below-deck, featuring a side-by-side fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Corian worktop, windows for natural light, a combined electric and microwave oven, a sink with a mixer tap, and a trash compactor.
