The 113-foot (34.7m) BELUGA was custom built by Moonen as an explorer-style, go-anywhere yacht. She is in impeccable condition having received a refit in 2011.

Charter yacht BELUGA’s timeless interior styling with elegant furnishings and sumptuous seating throughout provide charter guests with a luxurious and tranquil atmosphere. Description

The Overing 113’ Family Kitchen Explorer is based on a proven proprietary fast displacement hull form and is one of a selection of layouts that is available.

This is not a “country kitchen” which forces the master to the lower deck but a midship full beam open galley with large windows, oversized settee and counter seating.

There is room for all the commercial equipment including a 6 burner cooktop and true overhead ventilation on the cooking island, There is a walk-in pantry, extensive storage, a refrigerator/oven wall, a coffee station, a wine cooler and additional storage. You can’t have too much storage so there is an additional pantry in the formal dining room forward of the galley with a large window with a buffet located under it and china storage cabinets.

The formal dining room has access directly from the galley and guest access via the foyer. The galley can be closed off from the large aft lounge and foyer.

The fourth service level has additional refrigerators and freezer space, dry goods storage and individual crew lockers. It provides full-height access from the bow crew area to the stern, plus service access to the forward pump room and other equipment. The full-service level is unique to this series in this size level.

The combination of these features makes for a chef’s dream, a wonderful place for family and friends to sit in an informal area, discuss the day’s adventures and enjoy the dynamics of a family kitchen. It also provides all the practical storage needed for true long-range and remote exploration. It also makes a great place for kids to sit for schoolwork or to play games separate from the two-lounge area. The formal dining room would make an excellent remote school area or be outfitted to convert into a gym or a medical suite.

Captain - Adam Cunerd Adam started boating at the age of 8 with his family and neighbors on the Severn River just outside of Annapolis, MD. Water-skiing, fishing, and cruising were his favorite activities through the years, which expanded his knowledge of the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries. In his later teenage years and twenties, working at various marinas in the area, he became more involved in the handling, maintenance, and mechanics of boating. He attended Chapman’s School of Seamanship in Stuart, Florida, which helped him make his decision to work on private yachts as a professional crew member. Attaining his master’s license in 1993, he has traveled and gained cruising experience in the Great Lakes, St. Lawrence Seaway, East Coast north to Nova Scotia, Canadian Maritimes, New England, the East Coast of Florida, Mississippi River, Ten Tom Waterway and its tributaries, the Gulf of Mexico, and the Caribbean. With this experience he has gained the knowledge and skills to be a confident Master. Mate - Brandon Cavitt Brandon is from Nebraska and grew up going camping, fishing, and swimming. Brandon chose to come to Florida to pursue his career in the yachting industry. His goal for the future is to become an engineer. He is hard working, energetic, and personable. His hobbies consist of traveling, fishing, and water sports. Brandon will make sure you have a fun and eventful trip. Stewardess - Nicole Taylor Nicole grew up in southern Maryland. As a child she went boating and fishing with her family on the Chesapeake Bay. As an adult she settled in the Annapolis area and began her family. She has been taking part in various water activities all her life. She decided to begin a new adventure combining her love of the water and taking care of others and became a yacht stewardess in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Nicole gets gratification from giving exceptional service and taking care of the interior. Chef - Gail Murphy Gail was born in New York but grew up in Italy (Rome) and the South of France. She fell in love with the sea at an early age after sailing on her father’s sailboat along the coast of Italy. This is also where Gail gained her knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and the different flavors of Europe. Gail learned how to cook onboard yachts and has been doing so for many years. Gail also owns her own catering business in Fort Lauderdale. Engineer - Emmanuel Rojas Emmanuel was born and raised in Venezuela. He is a family man with a wife and two small children. Over nine years ago he began his engineering career preserving the environment on oil tankers then passenger ships. He continued to learn and develop his knowledge which led to yachting where he works as a very skilled engineer.

In his later teenage years and twenties, working at various marinas in the area, he became more involved in the handling, maintenance, and mechanics of boating. He attended Chapman’s School of Seamanship in Stuart, Florida, which helped him make his decision to work on private yachts as a professional crew member. Attaining his master’s license in 1993, he has traveled and gained cruising experience in the Great Lakes, St. Lawrence Seaway, East Coast north to Nova Scotia, Canadian Maritimes, New England, the East Coast of Florida, Mississippi River, Ten Tom Waterway and its tributaries, the Gulf of Mexico, and the Caribbean. With this experience he has gained the knowledge and skills to be a confident Master.<br /> <br /> Mate - Brandon Cavitt<br /> <br /> Brandon is from Nebraska and grew up going camping, fishing, and swimming. Brandon chose to come to Florida to pursue his career in the yachting industry. His goal for the future is to become an engineer. He is hard working, energetic, and personable. As a child she went boating and fishing with her family on the Chesapeake Bay. As an adult she settled in the Annapolis area and began her family. She has been taking part in various water activities all her life. She decided to begin a new adventure combining her love of the water and taking care of others and became a yacht stewardess in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Nicole gets gratification from giving exceptional service and taking care of the interior. <br /> <br /> Chef - Gail Murphy<br /> <br /> Gail was born in New York but grew up in Italy (Rome) and the South of France.<br /> She fell in love with the sea at an early age after sailing on her father’s sailboat along the coast of Italy. The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption). You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled). Most expenses are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), a fund that is added on top of the charter price. The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption). You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
