After searching for months for the perfect boat, I found it here. Tripp, Monica and the entire team couldn't have made this a better experience. I drove 10 hours to pick up the boat. They had the boat, the documentation and process ready and got me back on the road. If you find a boat on their website, buy it. This is a credible, professional dealership.

I've bought a couple of R5 Surfs from Drew and his team, they are great. Very responsive and accommodating. Service is first class and very timely on short notice. Best Cobalt dealer in Texas...

Paym King in service is terrible. Avoid this place like the plaque. They missed their deadline on repair and we missed an activity. Then repairs dragged out another month before Bost was ready. Then they demanded that we pick it up in the middle of winter when the boat was winterized or we couldn't verify the repairs that actually been done to stop leaking that they had missed in the previous trip to the store. Then I fond two bolts taped in the lock out section of the trailer and they didn't fix or repair it.

David, MaryAnn, and Russ we're absolutely top notch!! We are first time boat buyers and they were super patient with us and walked us through each step including boat school! We would definitely buy here again and recommend Slalom Shop to friends and family!

Let me tell you about Slalom Shop... My wife and I were looking at a boat pre-COVID back in 2020 at the Dallas Boat Show. W stayed in touch with Mary Ann Golembiewski in Sales for over a year as we worked on picking out the exact Tri-toon we wanted. She was so knowledgeable and kind and applied no pressure. She connected us with the Vice President of Barletta Boats to even chat with him a while to ensure we made the right decision. Seventeen months later, we made the deal and they built the boat to our specifications. We could not be happier. This was one of the best experiences making a large purchase I have ever had. As part of the completion of the sale, we took our boat out and David McIntyre, the General Manager spent 2 hours on the water with us chatting and showing us all the great functions and features of our new Barletta C22-UC. Then David (#1) took us to meet the Service Manager David Bourgeois #2 (I know, lots of Davids). David #2 explained how everything worked for service and how they planned on servicing my boat since we are 2 hours away. Overall, they run a tight ship and I am extremely picky about my purchases and the people I choose to spend my money with. Make no mistake, this is a top notch organization and if you are looking for a great experience and great products at a competitive price, you cannot go wrong with Mary Ann and the rest of the team at Slalom Shop. They truly do "do what they say" and the 3P's are what makes them great. People, Products and Places.

They advertise boats for sale on their website that have been sold for weeks. Not cool. Get the feeling they are trying to attractive prospects by leaving sold items on website. Bad practice or bad website management?

Great customer service in both the sales and service departments. The showroom floor has an excellent selection of Cobalt boats to browse. They actually flew me to Kansas to watch my boat being finished out. Fantastic.

Great Customer Service!!!!! Just bought my first Cobalt from Jeff Morales and the customer service was amazing. Nicole Ryan was my Finance manager and was extremely professional!!! The made me a Customer for Life!!!!
