Bought a 2012 Silverado from excel motors and had a great experience from the start got me approved at a payment I can afford and love my truck thank you excel motors
From beginning to end - Sam and his sister Arianna were absolutely amazing! They were friendly, hospitable, and extremely generous. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my Range Rover, granted each request I had, purchased a part for my car and had it delivered to my house, and answered all of my questions even days after I'd left. The absolute best experience. I will be returning and recommending them for years to come. Go to them. Trust them. And leave happy.
i've bought several used cars in my lifetime from dealerships. I would just like to say that Ariana and Sam did everything they could to get me in the vehicle that was just right for me. I would just like to say they stand behind their word there ended up being an issue with the vehicle the day after I bought it. unfortunately, there was no warranty. They made repairs and went out of their way to make it right when they weren't obligated to. Nowhere in our contract said there was a warranty, but they did give me a verbal and they stood behind it. I will be forever grateful, and when I am in the market for another vehicle, I will be giving them the first shot.
They have a great selection of cars. Thank you Aryana for getting me financed so quick and easy. Very professional and no pressure.
Atm they are working with me to get my suv fix I bought recently. Ill up date once it is fixed.
Sold me a car that had repair costs that were equal to half the asking price. I know part of it was my fault by why is it expected that car dealers are going to rip you off? Let this be a warning to the next person, this used car dealership WILL try to take advantage of you.
Shopping for a car is not one of my favorite things to do. My granddaughter shopping for her first car. She found a 2012 Suburu Outback at Excel Motors and wanted me to help her make the purchase. I was very pleasantly surprised when dealing with this company. There was no high pressure or any negative vibe whatsoever. Sam was very low key, professional, and very easy to do business with. I would definitely purchase from Excel Motors again.
Worst horrible experience. People please don't buy anything from here. Trust me!!! I bought a 2007 ford f 150 lariat a month ago. And yes I have test drove it and checked it out. There were some small issues with the truck as far as the windows not able to go up after they went down. But the main things about that made it worst is that these people lie to you. My catalytic converter went out and also they told me they had changed the spark plugs and I got them checked and they have never changed them they were old and rusted. Them knowing I'm a firefighter I would think they would be honest people and tell me everything that would be wrong with the truck. They just seem to sell just to make money but no honesty. So people be careful when you buy from them..I don't know how being transparent means that my catalytic converter was going to go out and then lying to me about that they change the spark plugs when they were old and rusty. They never were transparent about these issues. I had to pay $1500 for the catalytic converter and now they are charging 900 for the spark plugs . I have all receipts and the mechanics paperwork about what was wrong.
