Feadship launched Kiss on Valentine's Day in 2015. With this timely launch, Feadship displayed their ability to create truly ground-breaking custom yachts in the 40-50 metre market, along with revered design studios Dubois Naval Architects and Redman Whiteley Dixon.
This powerful and purposeful exterior is the second Dubois design built by the Feadship yard to date, featuring a metallic black hull and immediately distinctive profile with a wealth of distinctive design features. Her contrasting interior was created by Redman Whiteley Dixon, which creates a welcome and calming atmosphere for those stepping on board the ultra-modern superyacht.
Kiss features an unusual layout as her dedicated owners deck with al fresco dining is something usually found on yachts over 50m, however the innovative use of space on board welcomes 12 guests in complete comfort with 3 twins, 2 doubles and plenty of features linking guests to the water outside.
One of the main innovations pushing this is a sunroof which opens to bring light into the interior, creating an open space to breathe and feel the wind of the ocean. Adding to the al fresco pleasures include a sun-deck with Jacuzzi, a transom swim platform and a special underwater ‘play-pen’.
Kiss has transatlantic range and is powered by two 1,450hp Caterpillars, giving it a top speed of 16.5 knots and very economical cruising at 14 knots.

The KISS yacht is an elegant 46.4m/152’3″ motor yacht built by Feadship in the Netherlands at their Aalsmeer shipyard.
She was appropriately named, given that she was launched and delivered to her owner on Valentine’s day in the year 2015.
Since then, she has received several awards for her design and construction
Her interior was fashioned by the British design firm Redman Whiteley Dixon , a UK-based yacht interior designer renowned for bringing beautifully unique designs to life.
They pride themselves in building a masterpiece with care and integrity to realize the owner’s dreams.

KISS yacht interior
KISS was built with children in mind and is perfect for undertaking long-term, long-distance cruising with them.
The Dubois team improved the children’s facilities, and the result was a contemporary interior design with a cozy family twist that will keep both grown-ups and children occupied. She also has additional cabin space for nannies and teachers.
The lower deck features a natural rippled sycamore in golden color as a backdrop. As you go up through the boat, you will see grey and silver tones on the main deck and warmer honey hues on the owners’ deck.
The main deck’s lounge has a sophisticated vibe with beautiful fabric selections that complements the yacht’s architectural features.
There are bespoke furniture items throughout the boat, such as the side tables with eel skin inlays and a crackle finish lacquering on top.
With its stunning marble work hand-chosen from Italy, the result is a beautiful and family-friendly place.
Specifications
The KISS yacht is constructed with an aluminum superstructure, a beam of 9 m, and a draft of 2.3m.
She has a semi-displacement hull that allows her to maintain great seakeeping while reaching incredible speeds.
She is powered by a twin diesel Caterpillar (C32 Acert) 1,450hp engine running at 1800rpm, allowing her to cruise comfortably at 14 knots.
Her maximum speed is at 16 knots, and she has a range of up to 5,000 nautical miles from her 51,000-liter fuel tanks when traveling at 10 knots on her diesel fuel.
Her freshwater tanks have a capacity of around 16,000 liters, and she is equipped with two Caterpillar 6.6 – 2x 125 kW – 1500 rpm generators.
Lastly, she was built according to the Lloyds Register classification society’s specifications.
The KISS yacht’s exterior design is the work of Dubois and features a standout metallic black.
In collaboration with De Voogt’s engineers, Dubois and his team worked tirelessly to ensure that Kiss’s profile and exterior styling reflected this one-of-a-kind layout.
Although unusual for a yacht with a length of fewer than 50 meters to have a fully equipped master penthouse on the upper deck, this is exactly what this yacht has.
She features a raised pilothouse bridge on the main deck, providing the skipper with excellent views without overlooking guest areas.
There is also an oversized sundeck with a raised hot tub and lots of room for sitting and sunbathing.
Accommodation
With its 46-meter length and luxurious accommodations, the KISS yacht can host 12 people in comfort and luxury.
She has six exquisite accommodations, including the owner’s cabin, a VIP suite, a double bedroom, and three twin cabins.
Additionally, she can accommodate nine crew in five crew quarters.
Kiss Yacht is priced at $30 million, with an annual operating cost of $3 million.

 47m Feadship superyacht Kiss soldThe 46.6-metre motor yacht Kiss has been sold in an in-house deal by Edmiston with Alex Busher representing the seller and Dirk Johnson bringing the buyer. Built of aluminium by Dutch yard Feadship to Lloyd's class, Kiss was delivered in the summer of 2015 featuring a sporty sheerline courtesy of Dubois Naval Architects . An interior by RWD accommodates 12 guests in six cabins including an upper deck master suite with a private deck and a VIP suite on the main deck. A MULTIMILLIONAIRE has gifted his wife an ultimate £37 million Valentine's present. The incredible 150ft superyacht named "Kiss" was custom-built as a romantic gesture for the lover's day.  On Valentine's day, the millionaire owner presented his lavish gift in a ceremony with red balloons. The mega yacht was gift-wrapped in a matching bootstripe - a narrow line along the length of the boat. Prominent members of Gateway Church continue to resign or step down following child sex abuse allegations against former senior pastor Robert Morris , who publicly admitted to having "inappropriate sexual behavior with a young lady" 35 years ago. Morris resigned from the Texas megachurch in June, four days after 54-year-old Cindy Clemishire went public with allegations that the pastor began molesting her when she was 12 and he was 21. Though he downplayed them, Morris acknowledged the allegations. A month after Morris' resignation, his son and daughter-in-law, James and Bridget Morris, stepped down as pastors of the Dallas-based church. And on Wednesday, the church's leadership announced that executive pastor Kemtal Glasgow resigned due to an unspecified "moral issue" that "disqualifies him from serving." Here is what we know about the turnover and allegations at Gateway Church. Cindy Clemishire alleges Robert Morris abused her in 1982Clemishire first shared her story with the Wartburg Watch, a blog about sexual abuse within the church, and said that Morris began sexually abusing her on Christmas in 1982. She said the abuse continued in Oklahoma and Texas until 1987. After Clemishire's accusations went public, Morris and Gateway responded in separate statements. "It was kissing and petting and not intercourse, but it was wrong," Morris, 62, said in a statement to local Dallas news station WFAA-TV . "This behavior happened on several occasions over the next few years. ... Since that time, I have walked in purity and accountability in this area." In a statement issued to members of the news media in June, the church's board of elders said they previously understood that Morris had an "extramarital relationship" with a "young lady," citing the pastor's words − "not abuse of a 12-year-old child." "We are heartbroken and appalled by what has come to light over the past few days, and we express our deep sympathy to the victim and her family," according to the statement, obtained by CBS News and NBC News . Robert Morris resigns from Gateway ChurchDays after the church and Morris released statements, the pastor announced his resignation amid a public outcry. In a follow-up statement, the church elders said that they "regret that we did not have the information that we now have." "For the sake of the victim, we are thankful this situation has been exposed," the church said. "We know many have been affected by this, we understand that you are hurting, and we are very sorry. It is our prayer that, in time, healing for all those affected can occur." Before Morris' resignation, Clemishire told USA TODAY that she shared her story with leadership in "very large and high-profile" churches and organizations for decades. Despite her openness, no one took Morris out of the ministry or pulpit. Clemshire also said she came forward publicly to encourage others who may be victims of Morris to tell their stories. "Any and all victims, come forward … I just don't believe that I'm the only person," she said. James and Bridget Morris step down from GatewayGateway announced James and Bridget Morris' departures in July when it released the following statement to WFAA-TV : “We as Elders affirm and believe that God has placed a desire in both Pastors James and Bridgette’s hearts to serve as senior pastors of a church at some point in the future," the statement said. "We love Pastors James and Bridgette and their children − we deeply care about them and sincerely thank them for investing their lives here at Gateway Church. They have faithfully and honorably served our congregation and this community through all the years that they have been part of Gateway Church.” James Morris' resignation came a year before Robert Morris intended to turn over the leadership of the church to him, according to the TV station. The younger Morris has been employed by the church in various positions since 2012. Before stepping down, the church's elders asked James Morris to take a temporary leave of absence. The church's suggestion came on June 28 and was under the advice of their attorneys at the Haynes and Boone law firm. "Pastor James Morris is a man of integrity, and he has clearly stated that he had no knowledge of the true facts of this situation," the church said in a Facebook post. "However, because Pastor James Morris is related to Robert Morris, Haynes and Boone has recommended that Pastor James also take a temporary leave of absence from the Board of Elders and Pastor James has volunteered to do so to demonstrate his commitment to a truly independent and unbiased inquiry." Pastor Kemtal Glasgow leaves GatewayGateway Church elder Tra Willbanks announced that executive pastor Kemtal Glasgow's departure Wednesday in a statement posted on the church's YouTube page . "It recently came to light that Kemtal Glasgow had a moral failure so we've asked him to step down as a pastor at Gateway and devote time to his marriage and family," the megachurch said. "Although his employment is ending, we are devoted to still caring for Kemtal and his family." Glasgow's information is no longer visible on Gateway's website, but an archive biography page says he was head of leadership and oversight at all of the church's campuses. In a statement to CBS News Texas , Gateway said that "it's our deepest desire for every staff member to lead a life of integrity, both in their personal and professional lives." The church's statement continued to say that "this decision regarding Kemtal had nothing to with the departure of Robert Morris nor related to those circumstances."
