Casper model hydroplane kits are vacuum formed polystyrene, 1/43 scale. this one is a Karelson Hull. Motorizing kits are available to make your Casper model able to race in the series or just to enjoy a racing model at home. Kits include instructions and everything you need to build a running hydroplane.

Yup there are a couple of racing groups that I know of one in Seattle and on in Detroit
OK Jim, I'll take it with the intention of modifying it for Micro RC. I'm thinking one of the 1/18-scale car motors, 3-gram servo, scratch-built hardware. The hardest thing will be a prop. I might wind up having to make one. It will have to wait until I finish the 1/20 Atlas though.....

Cleaning the coupler up it appeared to have a thin bead of silicone applied to the side that goes to the fly wheel just inside the bolt holes.     Fountain - swim ladder for a 27 - Can you recommend a swim ladder to be added to my 1991 27 Fever. I can get in just fine. My wife is some what diabled from a car wreck and needs a ladder. I have searched the internet but can not decide which one to buy. thanks Tim
